Banner's Hallmark Shop

Excellent customer service and care! Received a lot of professional help from Emily! Got some caring help with my transaction from Beisan as well! Wonderful experience!

This Hallmark location has some rude cashiers, especially the overweight American man with a beard, they make a big fuss when you use your earned Hallmark rewards or process any returns. If you not going to honor rewards, then don’t have the promotion. It is unfortunate that I won’t be coming back here again for my hallmark cards needs or do any shopping with them.

I was shopping at the hallmark store here. I purchased a small purse. I tried to return it for a refund after like 24 hours. But these two ladies refused to give me my refund because they didn’t have cash in the store, I even had a receipt. They seem very dismissive of me because I am Asian. It was better for me to just take the purse and leave I don’t recommend the store. It looks like a scammer store and for some reason they don’t have money in a register for a return. What kind of store . For me look like to scam a customer. I told them I give you a very bad Review . Not good. After 1 hour they call me to come back .

I visited the store to purchase a card for my pastor and wife. They had very good stock of cards and store well maintained and organized. Also the staff were friendly and helpful.

Been visiting this store past 5 years. The absolute best customer service and willing staff ever!!! Last evening had the pleasure of meeting and assisted by Izzy. She is incredible. An outstanding representation for Hallmark. Would like to hail Lydia and Chase as well. Thank you all for a wonderful visit
