SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Quite literally the worst experience I've dealt with in a very long time. I was charged $140 for my soles to be replaced. When received the rubber was already fraying. After wearing for about 3-4 hours they already had major signs of damage. I went back and gave them my boots. They told me they would be ready the following week on Tuesday. It is now Friday and they haven't touched them because I need to some reason talk to the owner which the shop refused to give me their number. They've held my boots for two weeks now and refused to give me my boots back so I could take them somewhere else to be fixed properly. For those of you who are sitting there debating on replacing your soles on your boots instead of buying a new pair. Please. Save yourself the trouble and just buy a new pair.

I came to this place based on their reviews and left extremely disappointed. Brought 2 pairs of leather/sued boots to replace the heel soul. Was charged $89 upfront and told to come back in two weeks. Came yesterday as scheduled, first was given somebody else’s boots. Then after 15 min of search through the entire store my boots were found. Turned out that instead of replacing the leather covering the heel it was just painted! I was told that the other option would cost $30 more, so they "didn’t even offer". On top of that, the heel on one boot just almost fell off after 2 hours of wearing it today. So now I need to run to any store to buy a pair of shoes to survive a work day. Very-very unprofessional and poor service. Do not recommend.

I’ve been going to Countryside Shoe & Leather Repair for years—they’re wonderful. The owner and staff are warm, welcoming, and do excellent work on all my shoe repairs. Even after moving to Falls Church, I still make the trip. Recently, I brought a piece of leather into the store, and they turned it into a beautiful tote bag—I was amazed. Highly recommend!

I dropped off a pair of ankle leather boots to get the heel repaired and talked about how the sides were coming off or broken and to replace with new of the same material or leather. I tried to pick them up a week ago and one looked really good but the other one was awful. So I left them and said replace the material with the same or leather. This is what I got today. The response I got was you paid $45. If replacing the material was going to cost more I would have been told that which I wasn't. Exactly the same but heavy painted over. With the gaps im expecting to have to replace the side of the heel. Unfortunately always make sure you have it in writing no matter how busy you are or how many people are standing behind you. I would have gone some place else knowing what I got today.

My favorite shoes needed repair so I went to my usual place but found I shut down so found this store even closer to home in a small strip mall near CVS and Lotte. Very neat inside and the owner looked over the show and found all he sides were loose from water damage and so is pasting and cleaning them for me. Everything seemed very good and I expect a great job and will update if anything differs when I receive them back.
