Bourbon Boulevard Steakhouse - Chantilly

The atmosphere was light and enjoyable. Our waiter, Marine, was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend the salmon and steak. Don’t shy away from their appetizers as they come as a very generous size. All of their sides are shareable, in fact large enough to take home after enjoying your meal. I highly recommend bourbon enthusiasts to ask for their whisky book. The book itself is quite amazing. We went with the smoked old fashioned which is a table side experience. Reminded me of a camping trip with fire roasted marshmallows. If you have ever been curious about Pappy try one of their flights, the 10 year is amazing. The Owner was such a great character, we requested our drinks be poured table side. Had an amazing 15 anniversary dinner. Thank you to the staff and owner we will be back!

This is the weirdest review that I have to write. We spent $400+ that night for a party of two. Waitress and service was excellent as well as the atmosphere. The only thing that was a negative was the flavor of the food. The ingredients were fresh, meat was cooked to perfection but it was severely lacking flavor....with a little bit of salt it would have made a hugeeee difference 👌The best thing we had was the steak tartare. The desserts were okay. Like I said it's weird because everything was fresh, great quality meat, cooked right but bland.

We came here with a group of 7 on a Monday evening with no reservations. To say this was the most incredible dining experience would be an understatement. The drinks… stunning! The food… DIVINE. The service… there are absolutely no words. Perfection falls woefully short. We were with an elopement wedding party and the owner himself came out and spoke with us, gifted the happy couple and just made us all feel like we had been invited into his home. We will all be returning again very soon!

Awesome food. Good vibe and above average service, not excellent. Particularly the 5% service charge to pay the restaurants support/kitchen staff. I subtracted that from my standard 20%. Told the server I was doing it, owned it. We will definitely go back as there are lots of selections I want to try.

We went to BB for Valentine's Day. It was the perfect place to celebrate. We enjoyed the Lobster Bisque, Wagyu Tomahawk, and Seared Salmon. The Lobster Bisque was creamy, flavorful and had a few pieces of Lobster. The Wagyu Tomahawk was cooked to perfection and truly melted in our mouths. The Seared Salmon was cooked perfectly, the crispy skin was yum, and the creamy tarragon sauce was divine. The Creme Brulee is a must have! All of the dishes were delicious! The jazz band and singer who performed that night really set the mood. They are truly talented! It wasn't too loud either. However, considering the prices and how much our bill was, we expected better service. The Server started out strong but once she got our food order we didnt see her for awhile or after receiving our food. I asked twice for a bit more sauce with my Salmon and it took a long time for her to come back with it. Overall our experience was enjoyable regardless of the mediocre service.
