Bebop Korean-Mexican Grill

We stopped by Bebop Korean-Mexican for lunch and loved the concept. If you’re craving Korean food but someone else wants Mexican, this is a fun place where everyone can find something they’ll enjoy. Our favorite item was easily the Gogi Burger. It had a delicious Korean-style sweetness that made it stand out, and it was a 10/10 for us. We also really enjoyed the Korean Chicken Sandwich, the Bulgogi Cheesesteak, the Shrimp Sub (I’d personally ask for a little less sauce next time), and the Loaded Fries, which had a nice little kick. We also tried the churros. They were filled with more of a caramel cream than the caramel filling we expected, and they were a bit sweeter than our taste. We also noticed the menu showed a strawberry churro that wasn’t available during our visit. The only items we wouldn’t order again were the veggie burrito and the Mexican chicken burrito. The rice was very plain and a little dry, and both burritos fell apart while eating them, so they ended up more like bowls than burritos. The restaurant is clean, casual, and great for either dining in or grabbing takeout. Overall, we’d definitely come back for the Gogi Burger, Korean Chicken Sandwich, Bulgogi Cheesesteak, and Loaded Fries. Those alone are worth another visit.

Just tried Bebop Korean Mexican Grill and honestly, really impressed. Got the bulgogi cheesesteak-style sub and loaded fries—both were really good. The beef had great flavor and everything just worked together well. Portions were solid too. Place is super clean, staff is friendly, and prices are actually very reasonable for what you get. Parking is easy, which makes it even better. Definitely coming back.

Bebop -Ashburn is a great fusion between Korean and Mexican food. Anything bulgogi is to die for; from the bulgogi steak and cheese, bulgogi fries, or the bulgogi bowl., you can’t go wrong. The staff are friendly and service is quick. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food.

Me and my boyfriend came here for our 1 year anniversary to try out a new halal spot in the area we hadn’t tried before. The very nice owner took our order and he was very approachable and polite. We ordered 2 bowls and loaded fries and the food was brought out fairly quickly. Food was amazing and the bulgogi was awesome. The owner also brought out some complimentary churros that were by far one of the best churros i’ve ever had. I love churros. If you’re reading this you should definitely give this place a try.

The food and the service was amazing, the owner was a great guy who was nothing but kind when I was dining at this place. I had the bulgogi Korean style bowl and it was so good. Definitely give this place a try, you won’t regret it.
