I had a great experience at this repair shop. The staff was extremely professional and handled my car with great care throughout the visit. I went in for a state inspection, and everything was completed on time as promised. The front desk team was friendly, courteous, and made the check-in process smooth. The customer waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of seating. They also offered complimentary refreshments and even had a play area for kids. Overall, the service was efficient, professional, and customer-focused. I would definitely recommend this shop and will return for future service.

I don’t ever want to even think about relying on Honest-1 auto care. I don’t ever want to go and possibly suffer at their hands again. They left my car languishing on a lot for days, weeks. Charged me absurd prices for repairs and diagnosed repairs wrong. They scratched my car on either sides and kept quiet about it like I wouldn’t notice. (Not very "Honest-1" of them) They incorrectly deduced an electrical issue as "combination switch" and when I corrected them and said no, it was "FRM" module they laughed at me. They couldn’t identify a relay mismatch that was causing abs fault light, that took Nestor Auto Repair 30 minutes to find (which they did for me for free, Honest-1 asked for $160 TO JUST LOOK) No, no, no, never again. They would have to make the scratches they put go away before I would even speak to them.

Great experience at Honest-1 Auto Care!They replaced the battery in my 2021 Kia Sorento, and the process was seamless. The location is incredibly clean. The waiting area has air conditioning, comfortable seating, WIFI and a TV to watch while you wait.The entire staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the visit. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a fair price and excellent service!

Came in for my first state inspection and had a great experience! The customer service was wonderful- clear communication, friendly, fair pricing, and fast but professional, which is so different from my experiences at bigger chains in the area. They even offered to replace the battery in my (super inconvenient) dead key fob. Will definitely be back.

I left my car for a state nspection on that date around 2pm. I didn't hear from staff whether the inspection had been completed that afternoon. I called the following morning and was told the inspection had been completed. I arrived a few hours later to pick up my vehicle, but I was asked to wait while the desk attendant asked about the status of my vehicle. After waiting about a half hour, I was told there was a mix up. My car was never inspected as the staff thought I dropped off a different vehicle. I waited an additional 15 minutes while my vehicle was inspected. I was very unhappy with the delay.
