Victor V, he is my go to guy for all maintenance & repairs needs. He is very polite, kind, and professional, also provides outstanding service. Victor follows through with his work, I have been staying at Acadia Apartment for three plus years now and Victor never once disappointed me with his work! 👍 he deserves a big raise!

Although I am not a resident of this apartment community, I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had with the leasing office. I work near Acadia and was taking a walk around the property during my lunch break when I noticed how beautifully maintained the grounds were. The lawns were freshly mowed, and several friendly residents greeted me as they passed by. Curious to learn more, I decided to stop by the leasing office, and I'm so glad I did. I had the pleasure of speaking with Taylor Hill and Perrin Johnson about the apartments and the many amenities the community offers, including two beautiful pools. They were incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and took the time to listen and engage with me, even though I am not a resident. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a lasting impression. I truly appreciated the warm welcome and excellent customer service they provided.

Everything about living here was fantastic, and we had the best time. A huge, special thank you to Wilson, who was incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond for us. Such a wonderful experience with Claudia. She showed us a couple of options and helped us narrow down the right home for my family and I. She was informative and so kind. The apartments are spacious and they have gas stoves! Such a beautiful place. Cannot wait to live here!!!!!

This is, without question, one of the worst apartment communities I’ve ever lived in, and I’ve lived in quite a few. The management is shockingly incompetent, communication is nonexistent, and basic community standards seem to be enforced completely at random. Residents who openly violate policies appear to face no consequences, while others are hit with excessive fines over minor issues. The priorities are completely backwards. Want to leave trash enforcement to a third-party service that constantly misses pickups? Fine. But charging residents hefty fines for problems caused by that same service is absurd. The property itself is poorly maintained, aging rapidly, and plagued by ongoing maintenance issues that never seem to get fully resolved. Things break, stay broken, and residents are left dealing with the consequences. Even serious issues that affect quality of life have dragged on far longer than they should. There also seems to be little regard for preserving a peaceful living environment. Noise, disruptive behavior, and community rule violations are allowed to continue unchecked, creating frustration for residents who simply want a safe, well-managed place to live. At the end of the day, you’re paying premium prices for subpar management, inconsistent enforcement, and a property that feels neglected. If you value your money, your sanity, and your ability to enjoy where you live, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
