Clair Oja is an excellent psychiatric nurse practitioner. She was incredibly helpful, compassionate, and completely nonjudgmental. She truly listened and made me feel understood and validated. I felt comfortable sharing my feelings, and her support made a meaningful difference in my care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful and understanding mental health support.

My experience so far has been great. Very quick and efficient service. I waited maybe a couple days to be contacted and was scheduled by the end of the week. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely the worst billing staff I’ve ever encountered. Rude, unprofessional, and you will get various answers to one question. This company billed my claim incorrectly to my insurance provider. Despite multiple attempts to force them to bill properly they bill out of network and have charged my credit card while not fixing the issue. Most recent explanation is that I did not see their provider at a specific location which makes no sense since these are telehealth calls. Benefits were denied where my insurance insists these providers are in network and there is no charge. I am planning to perhaps take legal action and contact the BBB or other appropriate action. Do your best to stay clear of this company. The providers themselves are hit or miss
