The customer service in this business is very poor. There is no confirmation email or text, no reminders at all. I remembered my appointment a couple of days before because I marked my calendar for a virtual appointment but I didn’t receive any link for the virtual appointment, no reminders at all. I had a hard time finding there phone number and schedule a new appointment. At the new appointment, the same issue, no link, nothing. I called the lady again and she said; Ok I email you now. And O joined my appointment 10 minutes later.

I don’t know where I would be without Lauren. She creates a safe and welcoming space that facilitates mutual trust. I find comfort in her empathy, authenticity and willingness to meet me wherever I am at the start of each session. She mourns my losses and celebrates my victories genuinely. I trust her implicitly and every success that comes from our sessions is built on that trust. I could never articulate just how grateful I am to have finally found a therapist who was willing and capable to work through my issues with the same focus and interest as if she were working on her own.

I've been visiting this psychiatric office for over a year now, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The staff is incredibly caring and professional. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel comfortable during my appointments. My provider is attentive, empathetic, and has helped me make significant progress with my mental health challenges. The office environment is calm and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. I'm grateful to have found such a supportive and effective mental health resource.

This place has been wonderful for my mother. From the moment she started coming here, she felt truly heard and supported. Everyone listens to her concerns with so much patience and care, never rushing her or making her feel like just another patient. They take the time to understand everything she shares, no matter how big or small. My mother always leaves feeling more at peace and cared for. We are so grateful for the kindness and attention she receives here.

My experience with Dr. Abassi was very satisfactory. The staff was very friendly and the doctor was extremely attentive and I appreciated his willingness to answer any questions I had. With a gentle approach he explained my diagnosis clearly in a way that I could understand easily and politely in a respectful manner. He was always punctual and helped me work on my weaknesses. Dr. Abassi is a very caring and an optimistic person, he made sure to make me laugh in some way. He always supported and appreciated the little progress I made during my journey at All Hope Behavioral Health Services.

I've been seeing Lauren Ridge for a few years now. She fosters a relaxing and judgement free environment. I'm able to feel comfortable and vulnerable with her. She is everything you would want in a Therapist.

I have been seeing Lauren for approximately five years. She has been the best therapist I have ever had and I have received therapists most of my adult life, She digs down into my issues and brings them to the surface in a way that I don't even know she is doing it. And addresses them in a positive manner. Example::. One time I came in for an appointment and I had an issue that I was really, really annoyed with. She addressed that issue and dug into other issues that would have led me to the one I was very annoyed about. I was very impressed with that scenario. That is one example of the professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness which are some of her gifts. I have recommended Lauren to some of my friends. They are now using her. And are majorly impressed with how she is helping them. She is an asset to All Hope. !!!!!!!!!
