The NOW Massage Ashburn

What an amazing experience! I stopped in for a 50 minute prenatal massage and was thoroughly satisfied! Michelle is absolutely amazing, has great experience and was very educated in prenatal massage, making me very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. The rooms are relaxing within themselves, with low lighting, sound machines, peaceful music and even a heated bed, I found myself drifting into relaxation as soon as I hit the bed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone — this place is a must!

I've been coming here for massages regularly for over three years. I love the atmosphere and the customer service. As a mom of little kids, this form of monthly self care is amazing and helps me feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Michelle in particular is who I mainly go to, and she is AMAZING. fantastic massage and she remembers my preferences. You can tell she really cares about her craft and is so good at what she does. I can't recommend her or the NOW enough.

I’ve been a loyal client at NOW Massage in Ashburn for over three years, largely because of Kaye. She’s professional, attentive, and remembers my preferences every visit. She never rushes and always listens to feedback that consistency keeps me coming back. The atmosphere is uniquely relaxing and truly gives you space to unwind. The owner and general manager have always been accommodating and helpful, and their commitment to a welcoming environment is evident. If you’re looking for skilled therapists, a calming atmosphere, and genuine hospitality, NOW Massage is the place. Book with Kaye you won’t be disappointed.

I had a great massage at the NOW at a different location in another state. While I normally go to a another massage while at home, I decided to give the NOW at One Loudoun a try. It had the exact same decor as the other location that I visited but that's where the similarities ended. Since I get massages often, I know the difference between lack of skill and lack of effort. Unfortunately, my massage therapist seemed to lack effort and just went through the motions of giving me a massage. I usually don't post a review right away but I felt compelled to post one due to the disappointing experience.

Friendly staff and a pleasant environment. However, paying over $150 for a 50-minute massage feels expensive compared to other options in the area, especially when the service did not meet expectations. I paid extra for a deep-tissue massage and specifically requested firm pressure, but it wasn't delivered.
