Absolutely phenomenal experience. Loved it so much, I visited twice this week. I love the Cryotherapy - the music definitely helps! At three minutes I experienced a 29F drop. So I tried three and a half minutes today and experienced a 46F drop. Amazing difference thirty seconds made. I tried Red Light therapy - it was pleasant, but I guess I need to use it more often to feel the true benefits. I did compression therapy today - I really enjoyed that and felt invigorated afterwards. Finally I tried the dry float bed - the first session wasn't quite right - the sound in the room was too loud for me and it was set to thunderstorms. I didn't feel relaxed at all. Fortunately, the staff kindly offered me another 30 minutes session with light rainfall sounds. This time it was truly blissful. Finally, all the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and basically just absolutely phenomenal. I won't hesitate to recommend iCRYO to my friends and can't wait to schedule some treatments upon my return from Morocco in a couple of weeks time.

I strongly urge people to think twice before doing business here. They signed my wife — who is recovering from cancer — up for recurring billing. When she decided to cancel the service, we were told it was taken care of. It wasn’t. They continued charging our credit card anyway. After we disputed the charges with the credit card company, the business agreed to issue a refund. That was several months ago. We still have not received the refund. Since then, they have stopped responding to calls and texts altogether. The services themselves are one thing — but the billing practices and complete lack of follow-through are unacceptable. When a company continues charging after cancellation and then ignores customers once they’re caught, that’s a serious red flag. Don’t waste your money here. There are plenty of wellness providers that operate ethically and stand behind their word.

This location has an amazing owner, thoughtful management and efficient staff. Definitely a first class experience and top notch hospitality. Their attention to detail and knowledge of various modalities was comforting and reassuring as a former professional athlete who understands the value of recovery. I will definitely be back to this regenerative facility!

Love, love ICRYO! Everyone here is so kind, helpful and welcoming. Especially since I was afraid of the cryo chamber (it’s nothing you feel like it’s just a little chilly)🤗 🩷💕 I highly recommend! Also, try the dry float bed!!! Omg….it literally made me happier. I was skipping as I walked out. Worth a membership🩵🩵🩵🩵

Update: The owner’s response contains statements that do not reflect what occurred. We never had a discussion. I left a message with the front office requesting an extension of my remaining sessions. After following up multiple times, I was told by the manager that the owner had declined my request. I was never offered an extension, so there was nothing for me to decline. The first time I learned an extension was supposedly available was in the owner’s public response to this review. I also disagree with the statement that I treated the staff poorly. I was respectful throughout the process while expressing legitimate concerns about my treatment experience. The staff were always very nice and there was no complaint. I chose to wait to continue sessions as HBOT is heavily regulated for good reason and the experience was scary. My goal in leaving this review is simply to provide an accurate account of what happened so others can make an informed decision. I purchased a 10-pack of HBOT sessions, and my first few visits went well. After that, the chamber began having issues during my treatments. While I was inside, the chamber repeatedly compressed and decompressed, and staff had to stop the session to troubleshoot the equipment. Being enclosed in a hyperbaric chamber is already an experience that requires trust, so this made me uncomfortable. On my last visit, staff also forgot to give me the emergency walkie-talkie used to communicate with them during the session. Since they can’t hear you through the chamber, I was lucky to realize before my cell phone lost service and was able to call the front desk. They stopped the session, brought me the walkie-talkie, and restarted it. Because of those experiences, I decided to take a break before using my remaining sessions. When I later called to schedule the last three, I was told they had expired. I explained why I had delayed returning, that I was never reminded my prepaid sessions were about to expire, and that I don’t recall the one-year expiration being disclosed when I purchased the package. Given the circumstances, I asked if they would honor or extend the remaining sessions. Chris Cagle, the owner, declined. It’s disappointing to spend thousands of dollars on prepaid services, experience issues that undermine your confidence, and then lose the remaining sessions without any reminder or willingness to work toward a reasonable resolution. I hope iCRYO reconsiders how it communicates expiration policies and how it handles customers who have legitimate concerns about their treatment experience.
