Restore PT & Wellness/Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center in Ashburn, Virginia is an outstanding place to receive physical therapy—especially for balance. Their program is professional, purposeful, and they adjust their approach when the client adds additional problems. They are interested in education, as they are involved with graduate programs and provide experience for interns. All who work there have the proper certification and degrees. My husband enrolled in their program for balance with the goal of circumventing the need for a cane. His goal was reached successfully. First, they assessed his problems and then targeted his vulnerabilities. After a few weeks, they reassessed and identified the skills in which he improved. At times he had a knee problem from an old football injury, and he subsequently injured his back. Each time they adjusted care to accommodate these problems. He walked out on those days immediately improved. It is a welcoming and caring environment. You look forward to the next session. I highly recommend this center for your physical therapy, especially if your concern is balance!

Restore PT has literally changed my life. I suffer from vertigo and dizziness which led to crippling anxiety. Rachel is absolutely amazing. She really knows her stuff, and has a calm and assured way about her, that has helped me to get back in the game of life. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. I received outstanding service and personalized care for my frozen shoulder issue at Restore PT & Wellness / FYSICAL in Ashburn! Julia was my PT and she did an awesome job of getting my shoulder moving again in a skilled and caring manner. She was always ready to listen to my concerns, answer questions and modify my therapy depending on how my shoulder /body was responding to treatment. I appreciated very much her attention to detail, her kindness, flexibility and encouragement. In addition, Kate at the front desk was kind and very helpful with insurance questions and scheduling appointments, as well as all of the techs being very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the layout of the center with a mix of individual rooms and open space - plenty space to heal and feel better at a time when you are not feeling your best. My shoulder is now feeling great! Thanks to Julia and team I now have the confidence to continue exercising my shoulder at home and resume activities I enjoy!

The most thorough physical therapy experience in all my years. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I completed the BIG program for PD patients the end of April and still find myself repeating the phrases of encouragement that Rachel taught. Highly recommend Rachel and this PT center.
