Adam J. Lorenzetti, MD

Dr. Lorenzetti is the man. I had a severe rotator cuff tear and he fixed me right up. He’s been awesome through the whole process and my shoulder is healing great. Even was able to get back to lifting today. Highly recommend.

To me, Dr. Lorenzetti was the worst doctor I have ever met, and I wouldn't recommend him to anybody for one thing, if you actually depend on your body to work and thus make a living. I visited him for a work related shoulder injury. My job is really physically demanding and it was there that I hurt my shoulder while lifting very heavy pieces of equipment. Ever since then, the pain has been never ending, I have also weakness and there is like a catching sensation whenever I try to lift or reach, or even when I sleep on that side. It is not the kind of thing that you can just dismiss as it changes so much the way you are able to make a living. He had a bad mood right from the start. It was as if he was annoyed and rushing all the time, and also that he didn't care about what I had to say at all. I was telling him what had happened and how I was feeling, and that was the moment he would keep interrupting me or just ignore the parts of the story he didn't like. He didn't listen to what I said, and instead, he acted as if he had already decided that there was nothing wrong, without even finishing the exam. When he was doing the evaluation, he was quite harsh and dismissive. He jerked my arm around, without informing me of the parts he was testing, and used a tone that I am pretty sure was meant to be condescending rather than supportive.

I feel fortunate to have found Dr Lorenzetti. I had a bad spiral fracture on my tibia/fibula many years ago and needed a plate, rod and several screws inserted to restore a "normal" gait. Dr Lorenzetti was completely honest and realistic about the procedure, recovery and longterm outlook. Years later I ended up having the hardware removed. After seeing multiple surgeons and podiatrists every one remarked on how impressed they were with the superior skill of alignment. In fact, most didn’t want to remove it because it was put in so well. So many thanks to Dr Lorenzetti for his expertise and to the office at Countyside. They were great with payment options and advice about low income avenues through the hospital. I had a lapse in insurance then. I am grateful for the job you performed.

Extremely disappointed, staff okay. Expected the minimum level of professionalism given the poor reviews but turned out worse. Adam really likes to impose assumptions kindergarteners would make and his parents would be disheartened had they been in the room. Really likes to make laugh when I was there, not sure why.

Many doctors make patients feel nervous, but I really liked Dr. Adam. The way he explains everything, the care he shows, and how gentle and patient he is with clients is truly appreciated. I keep recommending him again and again. 😊
