They're usually good when I can get a hold of someone. I am calledd eight times in haven't gotten a call back. Im going through it right now and no one answers their phone!
My husband and I were referred to Dr Tuwiner's Office. We were absolutely thrilled with his professionalism and great "bedside" manner. He took time and shared results with us. He was kind and considerate of our concerns. He answered our questions with patience and understood and quelled our fears. We felt so much better after visiting his office. Five stars for this exceptional human being!!
I saw Dr Tuwiner a few times for Bell’s palsy, and I was utterly disappointed. He essentially told me that nothing can be done & I have to live with it. I found out a couples of yrs later, from other doctors, that I should have gotten facial physical therapy & there medical procedures that can make a significant difference. If I had gotten the physical therapy early it could have been more effective. He just didn’t care, and literally spent less than 5 minutes with me before he rushed to his next patient. A complete waste of money, even if your insurance is paying. Could have gotten more from Google or chatGPT.
Dr. Tuwiner has been amazing. I had a stroke at 41, he’s been so kind and helpful during this really difficult time, explaining everything and researching my case to best help me. So lucky to have him on my side. He’s a wonderful human. I forgot to mention how wonderful his office staff are and how much they make you feel cared for. Thanks y’all
