Returning after 6 years for another colonoscooy screening with Dr Valle. The procedure is a definite pain but the staff at Gastro Health make things easy. Today a shout out to Jasmine at reception, Rabelle at check up, and Cynthia at scheduling. Pre-checkin done online, after an hour fully probed, discussed and scheduled for procedure (in about 2 months) with the prep kit in hand. Go to a practice that is organized and friendly. It will make the other inconveniences more bearable. Top notch.

Facilities are very nice and well kept. Staff and medical professionals are friendly and informative. Very short wait time - I was called in within 5 mins of my appt time and on my way home within a half hour. The procedure and what to expect were thoroughly explained . I was given ample opportunity to ask questions.

Please be very aware Gastro Health is focused on profit, on getting in and out patients rather than being respectful, responsible and being of good heart towards elderly. See the reviews below. They prescribed a medication to my mother that has prompted us to call 911, go to hospital multiple times due to the lack of consideration of all her conditions. The Lack of discussion with her specialists and coordination is disappointing. To see my mother in this condition is heartbreaking to say the least, I spoke to them several times and they did not take accountability. My hope is that with this review elderly are respected and honored. RUN. I do not recommend Gastro Health.

The doctor/PA were all great. I haven't had a great deal of luck with my cardiologist and others but everyone at gastro were on top of previous history and my hospital stay. Everything was explained so clearly and having the blood drawn in house was a great bonus.

I switched to this office because I needed a second opinion for some GI issues I have having for over a year. I had heard great things about this office, so I decided to try them out. Everything started off ok, but has gone downhill since. The communication is horrible. I did a SIBO test over a month ago, the test results are sent immediately to the office as soon as the test is completed. I took TWO weeks to get my results, and that is only because I reached out to find out why it was taking so long to get results. After I finally got the results I was perscribed a medication to take for two weeks, and the instructions, per the message I got through the portal, was after completing the medication, repeat the SIBO test. So here we are. I have done the prep and have been fasting, and nobody bothered to enter the order for the test into Food Marble so I can actually do the test. I have reached out to the office twice and of course was transferred to the on call service, who told me that is there is nothing they can do and I'll have to wait until the office opens up, which at this point is not for another 40 minutes, and they do not start taking calls for another hour and 10 minutes. In order to do the test I specifically had to close my business for a few hours this morning. So now I am potentially losing money because customers can't make appointments, and I am still waiting to take the test. Oh, and the test takes about 2.5 hours to complete. This type of customer service and health care is not appropriate, or acceptable.
