My wife and I had an amazingly pleasant tour experience with Ichchha Aryal. She was very patient and informative. Very detailed in every aspect of touring, pleasant demeanor, and super friendly. This was a great experience and we look forward to making a solid moving decision based on her detailed touring. Now, we have moved in and it has been a great experience thus far. The amenities are great and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. The building is completely smoke free and very clean. They also offer the option to reserve elevators on your moving days to help with the process.

Mitch was super patient and helpful! We had a few different units we wanted to look at and get info on and he helped explain the pros and cons to us in a super straightforward way and help us narrow down which ones would best fit our needs. Even throughout our walkthrough he was so naturally friendly and welcoming to the current residents we ran into! Charles did an excellent job with our repair. He was very kind, professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess the issue instead of rushing through it. He handled everything carefully and made sure the repair was done the right way, keeping our best interest in mind. Everything is now working perfectly, and he left the area clean once he was done. We truly appreciate his care and attention to detail, great service overall!

I did an in person tour with Charles P. on Sunday. He was very direct and straight to the point. He wasted no time providing me with information and helping me choose the best possible options for my family. We running short on time but didn’t rush. I don’t know how much he makes but he needs a pay increase. He’s definitely a good assets to the company.
