I just bought a brand new 2025 Wagoneer in black on black on black. My significant other decided to make a U-turn last week and didn’t have room to make it and completely gouged and scratched the front right tire rim.🤨 So I knew being the perfectionist I am I needed to find someone that could repair it so I did my research and I found wheels on site. What an amazing company! I called them on Monday and they came out on Thursday right when they said they would and completely on time. As the picture shows the before and after they did a phenomenal job on my tire rim, it looks brand new. You can’t see any of the gouges nor does it feel like it ever had any gouges. I was impressed to say the least. If you need to have something done at one of your tire Rooms, this is the one and only company you need to go to everything they say is true. This is what it looks like when they’re finished and they are very reasonably priced! I highly recommend this company!!

On last Sunday March 8 th , I was driving back home from work and I hit my back rim in the sidewalk real hard and the scratches looked so bad and deep , then I called my friend at Nissan service and she recommended Wheelonsite , I called them on Monday and they scheduled me right away today at 9 am and picked up my car at 4:30 pm , they did a great excellent job , looked completely new again , I’m pleased and happy with the results, thanks to whoever fixed my rim 🤩👍. And i will highly recommend this company to everyone.

My front driver wheel had some ugly scuffs that were driving me crazy. Luiscame out and worked his magic—he’s a true artist! The wheel looks flawless now and the 'eyesore' is completely gone. Super convenient service and *Luis* is a total pro. If your rims are looking rough, give him a call! Second time getting work done with wheels on site, they have certainly made a forever customer and will refer others.

I took my vehicle to Wheels On Site (Sterling, VA) in June 2026 to repair a damaged rim based on my dealership's recommendation. The repair took about an hour, and I requested before-and-after photos, which they provided. Unfortunately, there appeared to be no visible difference between the pictures. After leaving, I continued experiencing the same issue that led me there in the first place. Wheels On Site told me to let them know if the problem persisted. Fast forward to July 2026, I returned to my dealership because the issue had not improved. The dealership inspected the vehicle and showed me that the front passenger-side rim—the only damaged rim on the vehicle—had never been repaired. When I contacted Wheels On Site, they insisted they had repaired a rim. After going back and forth, it became clear they had worked on the front driver's-side rim instead of the damaged front passenger-side rim. I explained several times that there was only one damaged rim and that it was the passenger-side rim identified by the dealership. What was most frustrating was their response. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and making it right, they offered to repair the correct rim only if I paid another fee. There was no apology, no accountability, and no customer service. The representative simply stated that there must have been a "miscommunication" but maintained that they had repaired a rim. As a result, I had to take my vehicle to another company and pay out of pocket to have the correct rim repaired. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to take ownership of them and expecting the customer to pay for the correction is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Consumers should be cautious and verify exactly what work is being performed before leaving the shop.
