SkyNRG does great work. We had a battery backup and EV charger installed. Both were installed very well. We had solar before but they are now managing the whole system which is peace of mind. Their customer service is even better. Robert always answers or gets back to you very quick. Highly recommend!

I have dealt with Robert and Sky NRG Solar for both adding to my solar panel array and repairing issues from the original installer. Robert is often ahead of the curve notifying me that there is a system issue. Conversely, any time I have called/texted/e-mailed Robert with a concern or issue I get a rapid response even on weekends! He is professional and friendly. His charges for install, troubleshooting and maintenance are most competitive. And his electricians are also professional, considerate getting their work completed on time as promised and without compromising quality. I wish Robert and Sky NRG Solar had been my initial solar contractor! Highest possible recommendation.

WE NEEDED maintenance on our system but found that working through the customer service people for a couple firms drove us crazy. It felt as though they wanted to make it as cumbersome and slow as possible in order for US to get them to take our business. We called NRG and immediately received an accommodating and "do it" attitude. We were impressed but were in for a much better experience because the technicians who came to our home were personable, efficient, and gave us a sense of reliability. They kept us informed of what they were doing and impressed us with they expertise. Great experience.

Rob and his team are the best--very responsive, competent and fairly priced. Our solar system was installed by a different company that subsequently went out of business. Sky NRG stepped in and resolved every issue that arose from the installer's incompetence. For me, they set the standard for customer service--simply the best.

I have to say SkyNRG Solar is just the best! Recently, my SolarEdge system stopped working and I received an email from Robert at SkyNRG informing me that my system was no longer responding to his monitoring efforts. He asked if I could check on my internet connection. I did a little troubleshooting of my local area network and rebooted my inverters, then reported my findings back to Robert. He concluded that onsite troubleshooting of the SolarEdge h/w was required and sent a tech to my house the following day. The service tech (Ondoa) was prompt, knowledgeable and very personable. He, along with his support at Solaredge, concluded a communications board in my lead inverter had gone bad and needed to be replaced. SkyNRG ordered the new board and returned the following week to replace it. Like clockwork, Ondoa (forgive me if I spelled his name wrong) replaced the new board and started the process of updating firmware and the configuration settings. Because I was very curious about the inner workings of my system and have an electrical engineering background, I asked lots of questions. I really appreciated how patient and friendly Ondoa was as he answered every question while performing all the steps to get my system back online. My system was down for roughly a week. Honestly, it was distressing while it was down BUT reassuring knowing SkyNRG had my back and was working to get it back up ASAP. This team seems to really understand what customer service is all about. This team is responsive, prompt, they do what they say they will do, they are knowledgeable and friendly. I could not ask for better support. Thank You Robert, Thank You Ondoa, Thank You SkyNRG team! I highly recommend SkyNRG Solar if you are thinking about installing a new system or need a reliable service provider.
