The staff was so friendly. Kim was focused and took the time to explain what she was doing and why. She spent a great deal of time throughout the process and the massage while washing my hair was so perfect! It was evident she had unique skills!

I have been a client at radiance for over a decade. Their service is top notch in every aspect, from the professional and courteous staff at the front desk who always have a warm greeting and a smile to the professional hair stylists who are attentive to every detail and take the time to get to know your preferences. Allan, Kaitlin, Kim, Lady J are first class stylists who know their stuff! They have each taken care of me for many years and their expert opinions and experience have my complete trust and respect. The managers are caring and attentive and are committed to making your experience the best possible. The fact is, everybody at Radiance is excellent at their craft and very caring. Me and my mom came for an appointment with Kim. Mom asked for a V-cut from Behind and she didn’t do as asked and I asked for layers but she didn’t do a single layer with my hair, just trimmed the edges and made it shorter. Plus, she kept hurting me with the comb and wasn’t gentle with here hands. Each one of us paid $85, so $170. They already got our money. On the other hand, Kudos to front desk ladies for changing our appointment date when asked for it without taking fees.

If there is an option I would give a negative rating for this saloon. I went to this saloon for hair color and blow dry. I got what I need but later I realized that they ruined my hair forever. During blow dry they used flat iron as well, my hair is naturally curly. Even after 7 washes my didnt came back to normal and when went back to them and asked for a reason their behavior shocked me even more. They just said they dont know the reason and also said I need to pay put chemicals to get my normal hair back. When I said no the stylist is very rude and said I cant help you and dont waste my time I need to take my next customer. So I lost my money and in return they ruined my hair.

I love Radiance Salon! I’ve been seeing the same stylist since he started there 1,000,000 years ago. I like the color, we change up the cut from time to time and it’s always a fun atmosphere! You’ll love it too… just go!
