I had a great experience with Custom Ink. Autumn was able to take my idea and turn it into reality. I had a graphic in mind but she asked my permission to make small edits to create a better print for my coozies. I am so glad she did!! They turned our great, they arrived early and they we’re loved by all. Great experience and I will be a return customer for sure.

I ordered koozies for my upcoming wedding and they turned out to be amazing! We had Autumn in the Leesburg office help to create the koozies. I gave her a general idea of what we were looking for and she came up with a handful of designs. We were then able to mix and match the front and back design to create our unique design. We were even able to get two different koozie colors so our guests have an option when choosing their koozie. I am so excited to get these out to our guests in a few weeks! Shipping was also fast and Custom Ink was in constant communication on the print process, shipping and delivery. I think all and all, from design to delivery, we had the koozies within two weeks of ordering.

The Custom Ink customer service team is awesome. Both locally, in Leesburg, and online as well. They contacted me because my color combo would not have looked as good in person as it did on my screen, and I'm happy they offered multiple alternatives! My shirt looks great!! Super friendly and responsive. I'm a repeat customer and each time have had a really good experience!

Monica was so helpful and patient. She was absolutely wonderful! I had 4 shirts all with different fonts and designs. She gave her advice but made sure I was happy with what I wanted. She showed me different types of fabrics/brands so I could feel and understand the differences. She was very knowledgeable and helped give some idea options when I wasn't sure of exactly what I wanted. We went through so many fonts and styles. I will definitely come back the next time I need something customized and I encourage others to stop by if they need help.

This was my first time ordering with Custom Ink and more than likely WILL NOT be my last time. This experience was amazing and they nailed the design my brother and I had come up with to the "T". They took a scrap pencil drawing and brought it to the back of our shirts and blew us away with the design their art department matched it up with. It was EXACTLY how I wanted it to be! The edits I had asked for were updated fast, prompt and accurate! I would highly recommend Custom Ink for your individual shirt, group shirts, team shirts or whatever the reason may be! The shirts were made and shipped pretty quickly too! I would also highly recommend working with Monica Smith. It was easy to make an appointment with Parul. Once in the boutique, Parul was helpful in putting looks together. She has a large selection of different styles and a talent for mixing and matching them. I was able to find the perfect wedding guest lehenga!

I love Dana's Tailoring. She has tailored suits and dresses for me. The most recent was a beautiful long dress that was a hit at an event.

Some people said she was unpleasant. What I saw was a successful small business owner who is highly skilled, runs a tight ship, and tells you like it is. She probably just doesn't have time for nonsense. She's just real. Fair price for great work. She's cool, and is juggling a lot. Just be kind and loving and she'll take care of you. Thanks Dana! I have used Dana several times and all have been WONDERFUL! I have taken in pants, skirts and even a vintage cloth purse I messed up in the wash and she did a beautiful job fixing it. She is a one woman shop so I really appreciate the work she does. She has wonderful communication and sometimes she doesn’t answer the phone but she will get back to you. One woman doing it all guys! The owner, Dana, is very nice. I have taken a pair of pants and a jumper to her to be shortened and she had no problem with the material. I also found her prices to be reasonable. She works alone so it took longer for me to get my items back but will definitely take more items to her.

Priya and her daughters were SUCH lovely vendors to work with. I am a Pakistani American marrying a Hindu American. While I am familiar with some Indian customs, a lot of it was new to me as an ABCD (American born confused desi.) Priya walked me through every step of the way, including helping me figure out what a bridal lehenga should look like, navigating jewelry and makeup colors, working with my in-laws and even showing me how to put on a saree blouse correctly. I had a falling out with my parents halfway through wedding planning, and Priya quickly stepped in as a parent figure – checking in on me, giving me advice when I asked for it, and even helping my friends find the perfect outfit. Whenever I visited, we would always end up chatting for hours. Once my husband dropped me off and came back to pick me up after the washing his car – just to find Priya and I sitting on her floor chatting about married life and navigating in-laws. She also helped me navigate in real time – like when my in-laws would make a new outfit request that I knew nothing about, I turned to Priya first. I had an amazing wedding experience with so many compliments on my outfits. I would recommend Priya to anyone. She really does treat her clients like family.

From start to finish, Zakaa Couture was a five-star experience. Zakaa was at the store for my first appointment (I had no idea she was the designer at the time!) and she was so knowledgeable and great and helpful talking about what customization could be made and mindful of my budget. Craftsmanship and alteration were absolutely top notch. I do a bit of my own sewing so I pay a lot of attention to details, and to be honest, I don't even comprehend how my alterations were done so flawlessly with the sheer lace bodice. I told my fiance (now husband) that the two most important vendors to me for our wedding were my dress and our photographer. Zakaa exceeded all my expectations through every step of this entire process. No detail was overlooked (right down to them bagging the dress and veil ready for air travel and giving me advice for how to handle the dress with the airline). After visiting three wedding boutiques across the DMV and paying all the appointment fees that come with the search, I left each one feeling more overwhelmed than excited. Instead of getting closer to finding my dress, I felt even more indecisive and unsure of what I truly wanted. I shared all my concerns with my sister, and that’s when she found Zakaa. From the moment we walked in, everything felt different. The space was beautiful, intimate, and welcoming. At Zakaa, I truly felt like the center of the moment. Asma, the designer, took the time to ask thoughtful questions and carefully reviewed the dresses I had hearted on the website. She listened in a way that made me feel understood, and then she brought out Premier. The second I put it on, I instantly knew. My mom and sister’s reactions said everything before words even could. It was the dress the one I had been searching for all along. Thank you to Zakaa and the entire team for making such a meaningful moment feel so special and for helping me find the dress of my dreams.

I can’t recommend Zakka Couture enough! My wedding was in March 2026, and after realizing in December 2025 that I didn’t love my original dress from another shop, I was stressed and running out of time. Then I found Zakka Couture in January and everything changed. I fell in love with a dress right away, and their selection is absolutely beautiful, I truly believe anyone who walks in will find their perfect dress there. Their team was incredibly accommodating in making sure everything was ready in time for my wedding. We had under 2 months and they made it happen! The owner was even there when I picked my dress and personally checked in during my alterations, which meant so much to me. Every staff member was so kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. They made the entire experience feel special, and thanks to them I had my dream dress on my wedding day 🤍

The talented stylist at Zakaa helped me find my dresm dress within the first 3 try-ons. And it wasn't what I originally pictured for myself! She was kind, helpful, and had an amazing eye for what will truly flatter you and work for you. You can tell they truly care about helping brides find the best dress for them. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!

My wedding was going to be two weeks away and the original company I ordered an I ordered a Dress from online did not work out and I was refunding my money. I was in a lot of panic, but I called Zakaa And they told me to come in and that they have in-house alterations and they had dresses that would meet my expectations. I went in, not thinking I would find a dress or that I would be able to have the dress ready within a week, but I found the most perfect dress and they were able to work on it and finish the entire dress within just a few days. I am very, very grateful for them and love the dress so much and I’m so happy with the results. Thank you again so much.

Overpriced and bad quality! Never buying from them again . There are many great vendors in the area and this one is not certainly one of those.

Camille was so sweet and genuine to talk to and she pointed out new pieces she got in and bracelets where proceeds went to a great cause to stop humane trafficking. All of their styles are so unique and genuine! I got a beautiful lavender maxi skirt with such a light and airy material and something I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Plus she made me feel like a friend the minute I walked in. I would highly recommend and will definitely be shopping there again!

I stopped by Mon Amie Amy completely by accident while heading to Harris Teeter. I noticed the exterior and thought it was adorable, so I decided to walk in, and I’m so glad I did. This might honestly be my new favorite store. It’s a beautiful gift and home décor shop with clearly high-quality items and a huge variety of products. There’s truly something for everyone. Every corner has something unique and thoughtfully curated. The customer service was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, which made the experience even better. I needed to have a long wool coat dry cleaned. I was quoted a price and given a time frame to stop by and pick up my coat. I'm not familiar with prices, but I was quoted $27 for a full length wool coat and a week turn around time (just wanted to give a reference, in case it's helpful to other people). I didn't mind the long turn around time because it wasn't really an urgent matter for me. There were no surprise charges or extensions on the time for the service. My coat came back and is as expected. This location was super clean and organized the couple times I have come in. The lady, Jenny (spelling may be incorrect), that is there was really friendly and approachable. I have also observed her interact with other customers, and I've only ever witnessed pleasant interactions. They have new hours posted on their door. Please note their updated hours are: Mondays-Fridays 7AM – 6PM, Saturdays 9AM – 5PM and closed on Sundays. There is ample parking. The location is also in a safe area close to George Washington University Virginia Science and Technology Campus. There are restaurants and other shops and services nearby. They offer alterations as well, but I have not had any need for this service. Should I use it in the future, I will update the review. I will most likely continue to use their services when I need it.

This cleaner was my go-to for years. The service has always been okay, and customer service tends to vary depending on the day and who’s behind the counter. Pricing is typical for Loudoun, nothing outrageous, but not a bargain either. However, I was extremely disappointed recently when I wore my custom suit to a meeting and discovered double seams in the back and front. Not exactly a confidence booster when you’re trying to look professional. To make things worse, several of my shirts were pressed poorly as well. Unfortunately, I have to give them two stars due to the recent lack of quality control. I expected better after being a loyal customer for so long.

While they are good with cleaning your garments, please be careful about payments. They don't always record that you paid and charge you multiple times. Or, better yet, never pay Cash and have a record of your payment. I was asked to pay more than 80 dollars because they claimed I never paid. The owner said she'll review the records both on the day when I picked up my clothes and the day I dropped them off and check both the cash register records and video records, she never refunded the additional 80 dollars she overcharged me even after a month. So, be extra careful when you pay them. Make sure to save the receipts (photo on your phone) or pay ONLY by credit card.

I came here thinking this was a good place. I brought two sweaters to text them out. THEY WERE HORRIBLE. There were still spots on the arms and around the neck and a small hole in one of them that wasn't there before. I have no idea what this place did but it wasn't clean my clothes. Just put them in the bag….I'll continue to drive to mclean to get quality over a crap. Yes the staff are friendly as others day, but if it's only college kids coming here. I can understand the high ratings. But this place is a waste of time and good money especially if you have quality clothes. AND even if you didn't of you were expecting quality work…. don't go here.

I have been coming to this cleaners for the past 3 years. This place is hands down the best cleaners in town. I wear white shirts all the time and the neck area always gets dirty. Other cleaners always return my shirts with the neck area dirty, but Jenny always makes sure my shirts come back pristine. She told me she hand washes my button button down shirts! What an amazing service. 10 stars in my book.
