We had a ~20 year old r22 AC setup at our home that unfortunately went out unexpectedly. We called FH FURR to get a quote. Our HVAC install technician Alex Marquez and Danny came by and did the install on a very hot 100+ degree summer day…. Neal K. the sales tech that recommended the new system promised Thursday for install but over delivered and got us the install the next day on Wednesday! Which was great because it’s literally 100 degrees out yesterday and today…. They did a very clean install. They explained all the features of the new unit and gave us sense of comfort knowing we have a very reliable unit for our home. The whole FH Furr team has been very good with communicating with us through the whole process. We really appreciate your team and please give Alex M, Neal K, and Danny a bonus or raise cause they deserve it. (They did the install in 100+ degree weather) Thank you to the FH Furr team!

Allen “A.J” Robey was my sales estimator. Very thorough, direct, and to the point. Offered a price point and didn’t price-gouge me at finalization. Alexander Melgar was my service engineer and he was AWESOME! My house is OLD, and the original builders cut SO many corners that Alex had to work around. The ONE thing that I didn’t like was that they cut a hole in my wall and they don’t offer the option to repair that…. Even I’d be willing to pay for it. All in all….Its clear to see why this company is huge locally.

Michael Davis was the perfect person we could have received. He was a very nice, respectful and professional person who took his time with his work and showed true passion and care. He made sure he left our home with us understanding everything he did, while also answering any questions we had. He also gave us all the tips needed to prevent future problems with our water heater.

Service has gone completely downhill. A few technicians are still good, but most are inexperienced and careless. During our annual HVAC inspection, the technician left tools and trash behind and disconnected a pipe in our basement system—causing a leak that flooded the entire hallway. The plumber who came after was great and cleaned everything up, but that’s where the good experience ended. We were told a manager would call to assess the damage. No one ever did. I’ve called every single day, had to repeat the same story to different employees, and keep getting promised a callback that never happens. Meanwhile, the damage is getting worse—and this was 100% caused by their technician. Zero accountability. Terrible customer service. This will absolutely be our last year using FH FURR.

Hamid and his colleague did an outstanding job cleaning our dryer vent. They were professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and why it’s so important for safety and efficiency. I had an excellent experience with GAC plumber, Jaja and their master plumber, Luis on two separate days to replace my Pressure Reduce Valve (PRV) and outdoor faucet. They were both professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently with great attention to detail. The quality of their work was outstanding, and each of them left the area clean after finishing up. Their skill, honesty, reliability, and amazing customer service truly stood out. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

We bought a new hvac through GAC. The sales pitch got us. Was told they would improve our homes cooling ability. Nothing really changed. The new unit came with 5 years of tune up check ins for ac and heat, and it has been the worst service. Online scheduling is a joke. You think you have a set appt then someone calls to make the actual appt. They would constantly bump out appt as they were behind schedule when we had a morning slot 8-12. They sometimes would say they booked us for the next day. We would take off another day waiting for an apt that never came. Finally just gave up trying to work with GAC and went back to our previous provider. Laughable response from GAC. When I called to see if they were coming out for the rescheduled appt they said they had nothing on record. Asked if I wanted someone to reach out I said okay but we would be going with a different company. They never called me and then make a laughable comment on this review. Nothing will change with this this company. No repercussions they literally just don’t care. Save your time save your money

GAC was quick, efficient and the tech was super kind. They came out did the assessment and provided options. I was able to choose the best for my house and there was no upscale pressure. Will definitely use them again.

I normally use GAC anyway and have always had a good experience, but my recent experience with Kevin for my hvac has ensured I will always be a customer. He really took his time to identify the problem and explained everything to me. He even came back a week later to make sure everything was working. It was a great experience and hope that anyone who has an issue with their hvac gets Kevin.

GAC is one of the best HVAC companies in this county. Always had great respectful technicians and Jasser Martinez was very thorough and explained each photo that documented his inspection. Best $59 special I ever got since GAC installed our system in 2015.

Wow! Talk about professionals! I had a whole house standby general installed by Jason and Caleb. I can’t believe how prompt they were, and how they kept me informed step by step through this process. I am so happy to have found my electrical contractor to call in the future. Until now, I didn’t have one in my contact list. Kudos to Greg for helping me pick out the perfect generator and explained the process to me. I was amazed how many steps were involved in this, running electric, plumbing gas line, bringing in BGE for larger meter, permits, etc., all handled by Clinton. Truly a seamless project thanks to them.

My experience with Clinton Electric was top notch. Scheduling an appointment was painless as they were able to bring someone out to our home the next day. Prior to the electrician’s arrival, I received a text message with a photograph of our electrician (Eric) so I knew exactly who to expect at the door. As I shared the various electrical issues were having within our home, Eric gave a clear and thorough explanation of the projected work that needed to be done. He was extremely knowledgable and genuine. This first time customer will be a returning customer.

Good experience–the electrician was on time, explained things to me plainly, and was up-front about price (I didn’t shop around, can’t comment on how it compares to others). He outlined some additional things they could do for me without being pushy about them. They offer a service contract, which I would probably have signed up for if we weren’t planning on moving soon.

From maintaining our back up generator to making sure our pool equipment is running and everything in between! Based on our first encounters with Parrish Services and the technician, Nizil, we expect to have a good relationship over the long term under our new maintenance service. The scheduling is efficient. Nizil is pleasant and knowledgeable. He identified important additional services that I did not consider to be unnecessary upselling, as was the case with our previous service.

Great experience. The Technician, Mariusz Loniewski, was very thorough and did a detailed diagnosis and gave me a bid to repair. The main office quickly follows up to schedule the repair work.

I called for a pressure tank service. We purchased the new pressure tank ourselves, removed the old one, and installed virtually all of the fittings and most of the materials before the technician arrived. By the time he got there, the only thing left was to make the final connection. Despite that, we were billed essentially as if the entire installation had been performed by your company. We supplied the pressure tank, nearly all of the fittings, most of the materials, and completed the majority of the labor ourselves. Being charged $1,625 for what ultimately amounted to about two hours of work is, in my opinion, simply not a fair reflection of the work that was actually performed. When your company came out to diagnose the issue, I accepted the quoted price because my family had no water, and restoring service as quickly as possible was my priority. Given the circumstances, I felt I had no real option but to move forward. I also want to acknowledge that your technician was professional, courteous, and did quality work. My concern is not with him—it is entirely with the way this job was priced. As someone who owns a contracting company myself, I understand that skilled labor deserves to be paid fairly. However, I also believe customers should be billed fairly for the actual scope of work performed. This experience has left me feeling that I paid far more than the value of the service provided. Unfortunately, because of that, I cannot see myself using your company again or recommending it to others. I hope you’ll take another look at this invoice and consider whether the final charge truly reflects the work that was completed.

Josh Clark arrived 30 minutes prior to his appointment, even during a Heatwave, he was right on time. He was one, of the many Service Tech’s that were, Polite, Extremely Professional and Honest. He showed me everything that I needed to know about the Generac Operations, the care and what spec’s were needed for the Tech’s, for when I install a privacy fence. David Brown and his assistant provided generator service and maintenance per our annual contract. He was prompt, friendly, and thorough. David answered all of my questions. This is my second time working with Sergio. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. The work was completed quickly and in the most efficient manner. He also took time to clean/restore the areas back to the same state in which it was upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this team/company for service!!

Excellent results!!! Tony Huffman from Benfield Electric arrived on time and made a quick assessment of the electrical issue. After verification tests proved his assessment as correct he rewired a GFI switch. The circuit came alive and Tony checked every outlet in the circuit verifying that all of them were active. Great service.

I rarely ever write a review but feel the exceptional service received from Darryl Overton with Benfield Electric deserves mentioning. We live in Middleburg , VA with an above ground electric grid, we’ve had multiple power outages this year; 2 were over 24hrs. We decided to get an estimate for a Generac whole home generator. Generac provided a local company – Benfield Electric – to provide us with an estimate. This is where the review comes in – Darryl Overton with Benfield came out two days after my request to provide us an estimate. Other companies said they were booked a couple weeks out. Darryl Overton was punctual and provided notice he was on his way. Even a photo was provided to insure safety on both sides. Darryl is a consummate professional! He was very thoughtful of our time as well as being thorough. We own a 1910 home and Darryl’s estimate required going into the attic on one of the hottest days of the year – heat index 108 degrees!! Darryl looked at our 2 HVAC systems along with our gas service lines and 400 AMP service panels. He measured distances and looked for the most thoughtful way on the pocketbook to get the best install considering our homes configuration and location of all the mentioned utilities. Bottom line – Darryl is at the top of his field and made us feel very confident and comfortable. Benfield Electric has an outstanding employee for sure!! Highly Recommend! Thank You Darryl!

Robert Mace of Absolute Electric was very professional and helpful in providing a quote. He went over substantial information and answered all of my questions, and provided 3 quotes for different versions of the job I need done based on budget needs. He also completed fantastic work, being honest and upfront all the way around the work, answering questions, and providing courteous service. He upgraded my 60+ year old box (left) to a new box (right), moving it to a better location, adding ground and arc fault protection, and rewiring significant portions of the house.

1st time using Absolute Electric and it was an awesome experience. From scheduling to them contacting me to try and schedule an earlier appointment date, I couldn’t have been more impressed. This Friday during a snow storm every other supplier was closing and canceling orders. John and his team showed the highest level of customer care that I have ever witnessed in my 15 years in the trade. They were willing to stay open and fulfill my order so I didn’t have to let my customer down. Even though they were short staffed and the weather was failing they went above and beyond to care for me and my customer needs. I would highly recommend anyone to use john and his team to service your electrical supply needs.

Very frustrating experience with scheduling and communication. I had an appointment confirmed for a Monday and took time off work to be home. No one showed up. When I called, I was told their system hadn’t “updated,” so no technician was actually scheduled. The next availability they offered was at the end of the week. I asked if someone could at least stop by for a quick inspection given the inconvenience, and they said they would call me back—but I never received any follow-up. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. I would not rely on them if your time matters.

Andre with LTJ Electric was professional, honest, and friendly. He arrived right on time, shared pricing up front, and installed some lighting for us efficiently and reliably. When it turned out we had bought the wrong size fixture, he was happy to come back again in a few days to finish the job. I highly recommend LTJ Electric!
