Instead, when I requested an expedited draft, the attorney insisted it would take a long time, despite the limited scope of work required. He repeatedly recommended additional work and provisions that I neither requested nor needed, which gave the clear impression that the focus was on increasing billable hours rather than facilitating a timely, cost-effective transaction. Caleb Kershner SAVED MY ASS!!! I was facing the end of my professional life because I was lased on 267 going 110 mph in a 55 mph zone. On 18 May 2025, I was pulled over, cited, and released with a mandatory court appearance for reckless driving. Even after completing all of the things that Caleb told me to accomplish before my initial court date, the Commonwealth Attorney want me to plead guilty to reckless driving in exchange for no jail time, a 60-day suspended license, and a $240 fine. Joe was brought in as support to Steven Krieger Law as I navigated a complicated case in DC involving damage in my unit caused by a leak from a neighbor (who also happened to be an unauthorized occupant/squatter).
