Airpark Towing & Auto Repair

Thank you!! My car was at the shop from 7/11 to 9/4 due to an insurance claim, and to say the process was an experience would be an understatement. Despite all the delays and frustrations, Vince and Charles were always kind, honest, supportive, and helpful. They advocated for me and genuinely made sure my car was taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful to finally have my car back and be able to drive it again. Thank you both and your team for making a difficult experience so much easier and for treating me with such care and respect throughout the process. I truly appreciate you guys and would absolutely recommend this shop!

Airpark took care of my car with great service. Explaining the issues and what needed to be fixed. I appreciated their time and know-how to get things done. Thanks so much!

I recently had the pleasure of taking my vehicle to this body shop after an unfortunate accident, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received. The end result was nothing short of remarkable - my car looked brand new! I highly recommend this establishment for any bodywork repairs. Edgar, in particular, was extremely helpful and guided me through the entire process.

This is a great shop! Edgar was very helpful and accommodating. He walked me through the repairs and worked with me to manage the cost. They completed the repairs 4 days ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this business.

Shout out to Freddie and Ernie! Our Subaru car I had an excellent experience with Airpark Towing Car Services. They did a great job repairing my fender liner, and I was especially impressed by how honest, cooperative, and informative they were throughout the entire process. They were very straightforward about exactly what needed to be done, what parts were necessary, and how much the parts and labor would cost. There were no surprises and, most importantly, they did not try to recommend or perform unnecessary work. They focused on what my vehicle actually needed instead of trying to sell me additional repairs or convince me that something unrelated suddenly needed to be fixed for hundreds of dollars. Everyone I interacted with was polite, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. They were also great about callbacks and keeping me informed whenever I had questions or needed an update. It is not always easy to find an auto shop where you feel confident that you are being treated fairly, and that is exactly how I felt here. Knowing that I’m a new driver (unfortunately I learned driving after 30 lol) They were honest, transparent, reasonably priced, and did quality work without trying to add unnecessary repairs. I would absolutely recommend Airpark Towing Car Services to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to have their vehicle serviced. These guys were fantastic, and I will definitely go back to them in the future.
