Windows On Washington

We love our new windows! I will be eternally grateful for their patience (especially Dave!!) as it took a lot of time for me to fill out our HOA application and then months for them to approve it. Joon and his crew are pros and even miraculously installed the windows in the pouring rain. I appreciate the quality and safety features their windows offer and would recommend them! We only had two windows installed, but are already thinking of getting others replaced. Thank you to the entire WOW team for your patience and excellent customer service.

Joon and his team arrived at ten and worked through a very hot day to install my 7 windows and beautiful front door What impressed me the most was the attention to detail on every window and the front door The guys were very meticulous about picking up everything as they went. They are well oiled machine. When the project was done Joon walk me through how the windows worked the new storm door in my beautiful entry door I was so impressed with the Initial sales presentation and was assured that the installation would be flawless and very professional windows on Washington has done an amazing job Hiring people that you can trust and feel comfortable around. I cannot thank you enough. I look forward to saving money and having additional windows put in thank you Catherine Steiffer.

I had my old wood windows replaced by Washington on Windows. Brandon, the salesman, was very clear and informative about the products they offered and the timeline from purchase to completed install. The status of the order was regularly communicated and when the windows arrived locally, I was able to choose an install date that fit my schedule. Joon was the team lead for the install for the day and the results look great! Before leaving for the day, he led a walk through of the finished project and ensured I understood the functionality of the new types of windows that I purchased. The project was completed on schedule with no apparent defects at first glance. The job site was left clean with no noticeable debris from the work. I’m writing and posting this initial review within an hour of completed install, meaning the product I purchased has not had time to deal with weather, nor have I had to use my warranty for any reason.

Young and his crew did a phenomenal job at replacing and installing our new windows! They took time and care to place tarps down to prevent less dust on our floors, respected our place by taking off their shoes indoors, cleaning the windows, and triple checking that the windows are fully insulated! They were very quick and efficient, but made sure everything was done correctly. They also took the time to clean up after themselves as if nothing happened. Lastly they explained to us how to clean and use our windows! I highly recommend them if your need new window replacements!

Joon and his team installed a bathroom window today. They were wonderful...in by 9:00 done by 12:15. Very efficient, neat and professional. Joon always checked in with me to get my feedback on things. Always making sure that we were on the same page before he did anything. I really appreciated that. All in all, an outstanding job done.
