Strategic Construction Inc

Strategic Construction did an amazing job on our new deck! Sean was incredibly communicative and professional throughout the entire planning and build process. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything ran smoothly. A huge thank you to Raul and Javier, who came out and built the deck for us. Their craftsmanship and work ethic were outstanding. I am posting the before and after pictures in this comment so everyone can see their incredible work. If you have any outdoor builds in mind, I highly recommend choosing Strategic Construction!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend Strategic Construction Inc.! We recently hired Strategic Construction Inc. to complete new posts and railing at the front of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Sean and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, dependable, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. The project was completed quickly and smoothly, and we absolutely love how everything turned out. It’s wonderful to work with a company that takes pride in their work and truly cares about their customers. We will definitely be using Sean and his team again for future projects and highly recommend Strategic Construction Inc. to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent service. Thank you, Sean and team, for a beautiful job! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sean was great. Incredibly responsive and accommodating to make sure the work gets done to your satisfaction. He even took care of a few small side things to help make sure the work got done in a very timely manner. After meeting with a few vendors, their pricing was very reasonable — and Sean’s responsiveness and willingness to get the job done put them over the top. Lastly, the crew that did the concrete work was very efficient. I would 100% recommend them if you are looking for concrete and hardscaping work.

Bill and his team did a great job on our screened-in porch, deck, and patio. In addition to being a beautiful finished project, Bill was a partner throughout the process. From providing valuable feedback on design, to helping navigate HOA approvals, to following up after project completion. We enjoyed working with Bill and would use him and his team on future projects.

Excellent experience working with Sean and his team at Strategic Construction. Sean had good communication via phone and text, helping us to explore options and finalize the design, and keeping us updated on status of permits, inspections, deliveries, and schedule. The result is a beautiful deck and we're very pleased.
