I’ve been going to NOVA Arthritis for awhile now and I can honestly say the staff as well as Dr.Sep are wonderful people. They truly listen which I greatly appreciate. The issue I have is they’ve been running over an hour late the past two appointments I’ve been to. I understand being behind, and typically I don’t mind waiting. At my 10:45 appointment I was not seen until 12:10. Because of that I missed an online appointment I had afterwards. Just frustrating when I have to drive 45 minutes and then sit there for over an hour.

I cannot recommend Dr. Sep highly enough; he is a world class rheumatologist. I drive over a hour from DC to see him and it is worth it. From the very first visit, it was clear that his approach to care is exceptional. He doesn’t just treat symptoms or accept the status quo—he takes the time to deeply understand my condition and thoughtfully explores every possible path forward. He has uncovered other diagnoses for me and empowered me to make lifestyle changes.
