Flagship Carwash

Great team management really is progressing in changing this place with their quality and speed.he is very polite. Their other manager or their supervisor made sure my car come out looking better than it ever did I love it I love it I love it. My previous experience was terrible they did not really care about how clean my car came out I canceled my membership and did not go for a couple of months close to a year I saw more cars go to this location more than when I was a member had to try it again and surprise new management and different faces / new faces. I remember Richard he’s very helpful him and the new manager make this experience 10x better

This is NOT a full service car wash!!! I even checked the website as it listed it as FULL SERVICE. I wanted the INSIDE of my car cleaned. Flagship has expanded so much but have reduced their service. Car came out with water still on it. I enjoy the FULL Service Flahships but these ridiculous half service branches need to be advertised as such.

Absolutely terrible experience at Flagship Carwash in Ashburn. I brought my car in for a wash, and left with a cracked roof glass panel that was NOT there before entering. The damage was discovered immediately after the wash while I was still onsite. I reported it right away to the manager, who reviewed the footage and basically gave me a vague "corporate will look at it" response after claiming he couldn’t clearly see anything. Meanwhile, I’m now stuck dealing with a repair estimate that costs over $1,500 before adjustments. What’s frustrating is the complete lack of accountability and urgency when damage happens to a customer’s vehicle. If you’re trusting a business with a newer or expensive car, you’d expect them to stand behind their service instead of pushing things off to "corporate" and leaving customers stressed out over major repairs. I would honestly be very cautious bringing any vehicle here. Take photos before entering, inspect your car immediately afterward, and don’t expect fast help if something goes wrong.

Great service I used to go to One loudoun place the big one.and it’s always packed they do quantity over quality they suck but I found this location for its very convenient and I can assure you this is the place I have been looking for Customer service 10/10 , quality 10/10 they make sure everything is done right the first time it took me 23 minutes for everything is good enough for me and my vehicle. Faisal the site manager introduced himself and let me know that they will make sure the vehicle looks amazing he has a beautiful smile and very very polite and professional WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 10000%

I have the unlimited club membership, which means I can use any flagship. This is one is by far the best I have ever visited. The best Carwash I’ve had in a long time. Left my car shining and feel like new. The employees made sure my car was taken care of. MJ the manager made sure i was satisfied with my service. You guys should come and check it out. You won’t regret it.
