The UPS Store

I would like to recognize Chase at the UPS Store for providing outstanding customer service. I recently visited the store to send a fax, and Chase was extremely polite, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. He took the time to assist me with a positive attitude and made the experience quick and stress-free. After having a disappointing experience at another UPS Store location in the AshburnVillage/Plaza area, it was refreshing to receive such excellent service. Chase truly understands the importance of treating customers with respect and courtesy. Thank you, Chase, for your exceptional customer service. Employees like you make a lasting impression, and your professionalism deserves to be recognized. Keep up the great work!

I do business with this UPS store several times per week. They are truly a reminder of what outstanding customer service means. Regardless of the ever changing weather in Virginia, or the number of people in the store at the time, they are consistently friendly and super efficient. It has become a pleasure to go there! Simply the best!

Fast, friendly, and reliable. I’ve come here for everything from Amazon returns to notarizing important documents, and the service is always top-notch. They handle even the busiest rushes with a great attitude. Definitely my go-to spot for shipping and professional services

I've had generally positive experiences here in the past, but based on my most recent visit, I think there are more professional and courteous options in the area for notary.

Absolutely love this location! The store is extremely clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The manager has always been welcoming and courteous when I come in. I always get the help I am looking for and did I say how clean the store is. I will continue my business with this UPS Store location. I hope that this review brings people to this location.
