Upgrading my phone was such a smooth process here! I was seen right away and had everything transferred over and set up in no time! Highly recommend going to the location!

This store just opened a few days and I’m so glad it did! It’s in a great location in one London and easy to walk to around a lot of shops and restaurants. The customer service was great. I was able to come in after work and get a new phone very easy. Daniel was my rep and he was so helpful and showed me all the options I had to buy a new phone on my plan. Highly recommend this location and the service!

Jaden at the One Loudoun location was great! Super quick service, didn’t push me on things I didn’t need, and was very kind to my bored daughter while we got a new phone set up.

Great service at this location! Needed help transferring service and Jaden had me taken care of in ten minutes. All the staff were kind and helpful.
