Oakridge Auction Gallery

An excellent auction house — professional, reliable, and customer-focused. I’m very pleased with the quality of the pieces I purchased and the smooth, friendly service throughout the process. Special thanks to the colleague who communicated with me on WeChat — always extremely patient in answering every question and always thinking from the customer’s perspective. I would also like to thank Xiao Ding, who handled the packing and shipping. I’ve purchased several times, and he is consistently meticulous and professional with every detail of the packaging.

Warning: Stay Away from This Dishonest Auction House! This auction house is completely untrustworthy and operates with pure greed. I participated in an online auction and had doubts about one item listed as "jadeite." Before bidding, I specifically asked if it was genuine jadeite and received clear confirmation: "Our experts have verified it as jadeite, you can bid with confidence." However, upon receiving the item, I had it tested professionally. The results showed it was nothing but dyed quartz—a cheap fake. When I presented the evidence and demanded an explanation, they first tried every possible excuse to deny responsibility. Then, they simply ignored my messages entirely. Their behavior is no different from that of scammers. I urge all potential buyers to be extremely cautious: think twice, and be very, very careful before dealing with this auction house. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I recently purchased an item from Oakridge Auction Gallery in Ashburn, Virginia, through LiveAuctioneers. Despite the six-hour drive, I decided to pick up my item and make a day trip. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly friendly and professional. I was thrilled to acquire a photo album with original photos of Emperor Puyi. The staff took time to listen to my stories about traveling in China and Puyi's history. The gallery holds a 4.5 out of 5-star rating on LiveAuctioneers, with customers praising the authenticity of items and the professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend Oak Ridge Auction House to anyone looking to buy or sell Asian antiques

One of the best Asian arts auction house in USA, always have good stuff that's I am looking for, professional and reliable, I will keep the eyes on the coming auction.

Keith has arrived promptly at the appointed time. He is very thorough in examining items and gives good estimates of what they might sell for. He emails descriptions of the items prior to the auction date. Then he emails verification of items sold. A check for the total amount is sent later. I am pleased with what he has been able to sell items for that my children do not want.
