Creative Irrigation & Lighting

We had a perfect experience with Brian and his team! We just built our dream home and wanted the best looking yard in our neighborhood. He and his team were very thorough and made sure our irrigation system was installed properly. Brian walked us through how the system worked and still answers our texts from time to time on questions that we might have. We highly recommend Creative Irrigation and Lighting. Thanks for providing such a great experience!

I have used Creative's irrigation services for nearly 10 years and really appreciate the Mom-Pop customer service they provide. I recently had some complex billing issues which were hastily resolved by Bev who listened to my issues and rectified the situation in a very amiable way. It is people like her that secure my future business with Creative!

Creative Irrigation installed our system several years ago (and the one we had in Delaplane years before that). They have maintained the system for us ever since. We have always been very satisfied with the service we have received. The company has always been responsive to our requests, flexible in scheduling appointments, on time with appointments and knowledgeable and efficient in performing the work. Most recently, we requested some changes to the system because our plantings have overgrown certain parts of it. Mike was very patient with us in helping to plan the changes and the Creative Irrigation crew did an excellent job of carrying out the plan. I would highly recommend this company.

Great company and wonderful people ... Beverly, Brian, Kevin and the rest of the company are amazing!! They designed and carefully installed my irrigation system in 2020, and set it up so that it can be controlled with an app. They also installed a rain sensor that stops the system from going off when rains or when rain is in the forecast. I couldn't be happier with the job that they did. They were among three companies I was considering before I hired them and they stood out because of the equipment they offered, their pricing, and the way they thoroughly explained the system, that they would end up installing. I recently had them back over because I have a backyard project that will require the system to be reconfigured and they have been so accommodating. I love supporting local businesses and it is especially nice when they are so worthy of the support, like this one.

Creative Irrigation makes it supremely easy each year for me to sign up for irrigation services. They do everything proactively from sending me the contract to scheduling the services. For busy professionals, they make it very time efficient. And they deliver great services too. Highly recommend (and I'm a tough customer).
