Morgan and the Loudoun Funeral Chapel team recently handled the arrangements for my wife's funeral. To sum up: Outstanding service, knowledgeable staff, and fantastic results. From the beginning, their no pressure approach made me feel at ease. They handled every detail of the viewing, cremation, urn selection, ceremony, webcast, funeral plan (pamphlet, photo montage, music, pastor, etc), food, and reception, all of which occurred at their facility. In addition, they handled the preliminary steps for the estate management including death certificates and notifying social security. I’ve had to arrange two funerals for loved ones very recently and I can’t say enough about Loudoun Funeral Chapel. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was professional, caring, and super knowledgeable. No one ever tried to "upsell" anything. They addressed my many emails and phone calls right away (and I had LOTS of worries and questions). All the guests at both of my loved ones’ viewings and funerals commented on how beautifully everything turned out. (And I didn't break the bank, either. I asked for simple and classy and got it.)
