Outstanding customer service from DHL! Deidra went above and beyond to help me get my documents to Bolivia. She guided me through every step of the process, followed up consistently, and even helped reschedule my pickup when needed. She was knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism and dedication made the entire experience stress-free. Truly exceptional service!

Deidra ❤️helped me with my international shipping and later also helped me process my refund. She was very patient, helpful, and nice the whole time. I tried contacting customer service before, but I didn’t really get any help. I was a little hesitant to call her, but I’m really glad I did because she took a lot of time to help me with everything and made sure my refund was processed. It’s rare to find someone with such great customer service these days. I really appreciate all her help. She’s honestly the best.

Ms Deidra was very helpful and assisted me with sending my brakes. I came from work stressed and she was very polite. I’ve never sent packages before and she walked me through each step was extremely patient. I highly recommend her. She is definitely a great person to work and do business with. Would come back only because of how helpful she was

My following few words may not be sufficient to describe the professionalism of Deidra as she is much greater than these words:- she has amazing qualities while having interaction with customers. She is caring for all her customers in the shop as well on telephone. She is friendly always has a cheerful smile which brought warmth to everyone. The reviews about her civility on the website enticed me this shop.
