NOVA Adult Day Care Center & Home Care(乐园老人活动中心)

I used this service for several months. The entire time, the agency was not able to provide complete home care service as requested. Also I was the primary caregiver, however, the agency would not communicate with me, unless I initiated a request for information. Furthermore, the agency could not provide complete home care service as requested because the agency explained it did not have caregivers that spoke fluent or sufficient English. The reason I continued to stay with the agency because often the agency communicated that they would be able to provide the complete home care services needed, which never happened.

This is a very good day care center. I go there sometimes. All the employees are very friendly and they have a lot of activities such as mahjong, Bingo games, and golf etc. They have transposition pick up from home to center and then back to home. The meals include breakfast, snack, and lunch. Every exciting.

Wonderful day care center. I would highly recommend for anyone who is eligible to join. Great people. Great food. Sublime aesthetics.

I like this place, because they all are very nice. You can play Mahjong, ping-pong there.I also like the massage chair. They have 4 chairs, so you don't need to wait a long time if you want to use that.

Good service. You feel like home when you are in the center.
