Burger 21

Stopped by this Burger 21 this evening and had a really solid experience. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, fries and a strawberry milkshake, and everything hit the mark for a casual comfort-food meal. The chicken sandwich was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and served on a soft bun that held everything together nicely. It wasn’t overloaded with toppings, which I loved. No extra sauce dripping out of the bun, no toppings falling out, just a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and perfect amount of blue cheese. The fries were thin, golden, and had a nice crunch—definitely a generous portion too. The strawberry milkshake was a classic thick, creamy, and perfect addition to the meal. Shoutout to Matt, who took my order—he was funny, super helpful in walking me through the menu, and made sure everything was how I liked it. That kind of service definitely makes the experience better. The place leans more toward a laid-back, no-frills vibe rather than anything fancy, but the food quality makes up for it. If you’re looking for a reliable spot for a good chicken sandwich and fries, this is a great choice.

Wonderful experience, probably the best burger I had. Buns are perfect, patty is beyond description, and I love how big the lettuce leaf was - the ultimate crunch (i take my leafs very seriously). Very attentive server, funny and friendly. God Bless the guy. Definitely recommend!

I’d like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit. While the food was delicious (great burgers and sauces), the behavior of the employee who was at the counter today was completely unprofessional. He was rude and hostile, which made our group feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We enjoyed the food, but we have decided not to return to this location due to his unacceptable attitude. I hope the management of this location addresses this issue.

Despite the absence of paper menus, requiring reliance on a menu board, the space was well-kept and staff interactions were positive. Service: 2.9/10 Staff members were approachable and ensured timely delivery of food. However, the lack of paper menus and a malfunctioning drink machine that failed to properly mix fountain drinks detracted from the service quality. Food: Bacon Cheese Burger (2.1/10): A basic offering that failed to live up to the expectations of a burger-centric establishment. While the bacon was crispy and the vegetables fresh, the burger's overall flavor and presentation were mundane, especially given the price point. Chicken Basket (5.3/10): The chicken appeared fresh and well-prepared, contrasting with the ordinary fries. The portion size was underwhelming, aligning with the basic nature of the side items. Value: 4.0/10 The pricing strategy, including a surcharge for accompaniments like fried pickles, seemed disproportionate to the food quality and overall dining experience, impacting the perceived value negatively.

This is a pretty standard fast casual burger place, they make good food for you to eat and enjoy. Plenty of parking nearby and they have a lot of options to eat, for adults and kids, ranging from cheeseburgers to ones that are decked out and shakes. I got the monthly special, the Lucy, which was pretty good besides poor construction. The fries were well salted, and there's a ton of delicious sauces to try.
