"If you are planning to visit this place with your kids, this is the worst possible option. It is a very dangerous place; the floor has many obstacles, so make sure you have good insurance. Some equipment needs urgent replacement. The staff is very unfriendly. This was our worst choice. And the kitchen was terrible."

Had a great time here on Friday night with a good deal for entry as well as a dj and karaoke option in a separate room. I brought 3 boys and they had fun and left sweaty and tired which is always good. I had an issue with a pass one of the boys had and Stephanie was so helpful and nice she really made it a pleasant overall experience. All the staff I interacted with were nice. I’m trying to get the other parents to buy the monthly passes since it was such an easy night for me and the boys had fun. Also I really liked the music the dj played!

I love Launch, we have through a few bounce places but this stands out.. My 9 year old daughter had so much fun that she recommended that I write a review on how nice the Staff are. I want to specially thank Ethan Elabadi and Lancyah Neison for making my kids feel so comfortable and taking the time to play with them. I love the beautiful, clean lounge. I also love the comfortable black couch for parents to sit, relax and watch the kids.Thw pizza is really good too. Thank you all for an exceptional service. Ojonoma. Mom

I had my daughter’s birthday party at here, and I was 100% satisfied. The event host was awesome. Facility was clean. Their new parents/adults lounge was very perfect place for parents to socialize while kids were enjoying their party (Large TVs, many comfortable seats, great music) Pizza and Wings were surprisingly so good, too. Highly recommend to have your kids birthday party here. …………. We recently hosted another party at Launch, this time for my daughter’s club anniversary. Although it’s only been a year since our last visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades. The party room had been refreshed with more seating and stylish new furniture, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It also featured a large TV, which was perfect for our presentation. We had over 30 guests, and the space was still felt roomy and comfortable. While the go-kart area was under renovation, we learned it’s being transformed into a Laser Tag arena- an exciting new addition that’s sure to make future events more fun!

We chose this place to celebrate my nephew’s birthday and brought a group of 12 children. We ordered food and drinks for everyone and paid nearly $800 including tip. We were loyal customers that day and spent a significant amount of money. Everything was fine until it was time to sing happy birthday. We brought small muffins for the kids because this establishment does NOT sell birthday cakes or any celebration desserts. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager approached us with a cold, rude attitude and demanded that we take the muffins outside immediately because "outside food is not allowed." I calmly explained that we had just spent $800 and even offered to pay any additional fee they wanted. I made it clear that I did not mind paying extra — I just didn’t want to ruin the children’s special moment. She refused. No flexibility. No empathy. No effort to accommodate. As a result, 12 children had to stand outside on the street to sing happy birthday and eat their muffins. It was humiliating and heartbreaking to see kids celebrating on the sidewalk after their family had just spent hundreds of dollars inside. This was not about policy — this was about lack of humanity and basic customer respect. If your management cannot show compassion during a child’s birthday after an $800 bill, then this is not a family-friendly place. It’s clear that money is the only priority here. I will never return, and I strongly advise families to think twice before celebrating anything special at this establishment.
