I did a request on their site for a consultation. I received an email fairly quickly. A couple hours later i received a call from Brandon Gladstone, from the VA office. I explained my situation, the call lasted two whole minutes. Instead of asking proper follow up questions he (word for word) said " this is ridiculous, you wanting to do something after so many years i find ridiculous" That's when i knew that this was not the office id give any type of business to! when i thanked him and said id go somewhere else he tried to explain himself. What a shame the lack of humanity in people. He is a terrible representation of the practice and lacks any type of empathy and very ill-mannered.

My first point of contact was Janai. She was very professional, kind and patient. She answered all of my questions no matter how little or simple they were. She asked about my accident and once we were finished she put me through to Brian, he believed that I have a case and we continued from there. Right away I knew this was the law firm I was going to go with. All of the other attorneys I have spoken with either told me they couldn't help me, or they wouldn't speak to me.
