Very unprofessional service. The staff often seem unsure about the information they provide, making communication frustrating and confusing. They schedule appointments only to cancel them at the last minute, with little regard for the patient's time. When they do offer to reschedule, the available appointment options are extremely limited, forcing you to wait even longer. The front desk staff were particularly disappointing. They were unhelpful, lacked professionalism, and showed little concern for the inconvenience caused to patients. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. They need to improve communication, honor scheduled appointments whenever possible, provide more flexible rescheduling options, and invest in better customer service training for their front desk staff. There are many other providers that value their patients' time far more than this one.

I’ve been bringing my son here for a year now with Ms. Sammie. She’s amazing! She is so knowledgeable in speech therapy services, and how to manage younger children. She educated me along the way and provides great advice on how we can support him at home. My son started when he was 3 years old and was diagnosed with a severe articulation delay. I’m so elated to see how much he’s improved since then! During our yearly evaluation he’s now diagnosed as mildly delayed in articulation!!! We’ve come a long way!

We absolutely love this facility! Max has been shown so much love and appreciation since beginning last year. Since we started coming to the actual office, he has loved being with Ms. Mary Kate, and Ms. Jenny! His speech has improved so much and we are truly grateful for the time that has been taken to help him out. 10/10 all around! We are so thankful 😌

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this speech therapy facility! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with kindness and professionalism. The staff is incredibly patient, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping each clients Ms. Darya and Ms. Yasneli take the time to understand individual needs and create personalized strategies that make real progress possible. Their sessions are engaging, encouraging, and filled with positivity. My son is now talking complete 3 words sentences and it’s able to comunícate likes and dislikes and talks alot. I highly recommend this facility if you want to see a big improvement in your child speech.!

Amazing just one word to describe both of my son’s therapist Mary-Kate and Megan are absolutely incredible! I just have a few weeks in and I’m all ready seeing my son speak more freely! Just saying "Good Morning" with out me telling him to say it! I’m just so thankful! 🥹 thank you !
