I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The office itself is absolutely beautiful—clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. It's clear that great care is taken to provide an excellent experience for patients. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for professional service in a warm and inviting environment.

My psychiatrist was great until she passed away unexpectedly. The billing practices is insane. They often wait well past the time allowed to process claims, so the Insurance denies the claim and now you are stuck paying enormous bills since they didn't file the paperwork in time. They don't notify you, they just charge your credit card without permission. I tried to talk to the front desk to find out what happened (my insurance was in network) they told me billing is handled third party and they could not help me. After I had stopped going there. They were still charging my account for the next year. I should have reported their fraudulent practices, but didn't think of it at the time since I just needed help with my .moderate mental health issues.

The psychiatrists and therapists at Riverside are the best! Everyone there is really nice and respectful. Marie was amazing and helped me schedule my appointments with ease. I would highly recommend Riverside Counseling!

Riverside Counseling Center has a beautiful office with serene qualities; artwork, comfortable atmosphere, and a fishtank in the waiting area that children appreciate. One of the new staff members, a young woman, made our day just by speaking on the phone with my mother and I. It's been a trying time for our family, so sometimes things like that make a lot of difference. Sparks of joy. Dr. Hall has been my doctor for 15 years. I believe his care has helped turn my life around. The staff has always been professional and kind. I highly recommend Riverside and Dr.Hall based on my personal experience. I hear the other doctors and therapists are phenomenal as well. Can I give more than 5-stars on here?? 🙂 Thank you, Riverside Counseling & Dr.Hall. You've been a blessing to me and my family. 🕊

Best mental health practice in the area. Their new office is beautiful. My son is a patient here for years and he is very satisfied. Their great service and good energy are consistent.
