Chris has treated me over the past dozen years for various injuries. He is an expert - totally the best. Chris listens carefully, reads accurately what his patients are able/willing to do and provides what is required. He is encouraging, provides just the right amount of challenge, but best of all he has a delicious sense of humor.

I had an appointment with Dr. Miller on 6/12/26 for a complex hand issue. Dr. Miller did not review or show my x-rays on a screen, did not want to fully discuss my past medical history of my hand issue, didn't seem to review my previous surgical reports or imaging that I brought with me, nor did he take the time to hear my location of pain that I was having. He brushed me off and said swelling is normal and to be expected. He did not do a thorough exam compared to other hand specialists. I walked out of his office with nothing but his business card to call if the pain increased or got worse. Dr. Miller seemed like he was in a rush and had more important patients to see. Very disappointing visit.

I highly recommend Town Center Orthopaedics located in Ashburn, VA for providing top tier physical therapy. The physical therapists are highly skilled, compassionate and committed to helping people become stronger and more confident. The work out (rehab) space is large, clean and organized. The physical therapists know what they are doing, but moreover, they take the time to listen to clients, work with them, and demonstrate patience and support. This positive atmosphere helps to promote confidence and motivation to achieve one's goals. The key elements to a successful recovery are all there - physical therapists who listen, don't judge and know exactly what is needed to regain strength and physical abilities. You can feel confident that you will receive the help you need to achieve your goals of becoming stronger, more flexible and mobile, surrounded by people who doing exactly what you are.

I had a very disappointing experience with Anne Gould following my surgery. I arrived at physical therapy with stitches still in my incision from a recent re-stitching procedure and made it clear that I was concerned about certain movements. I specifically expressed my hesitation and asked whether the exercises were safe given my recent procedure. Despite my concerns, I was repeatedly assured that the movements were fine to perform. During therapy, one of the stitches from the re-stitched incision came out, and I now have to return to my surgeon to have the area evaluated and potentially re-stitched again. What is most frustrating is that I raised my concerns beforehand and trusted the professional guidance I was given. Patients recovering from surgery are in a vulnerable position and rely on their providers to listen carefully and proceed with appropriate caution. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I would strongly encourage others to seek care from providers who take patient concerns seriously and prioritize safety throughout the recovery process.

The physical therapy team at Town Center Ortho is the best. They are so kind, so professional and I love how they seem truly to care about their patients and one another. Although recovery from knee replacement is not enjoyable, the TCO crew helped me tremendously. Highly highly recommend.
