I was very pleased with my visit to Dermatology Partners. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and Dr. Song Lin Kim was great. She was easy to talk to and quickly resolved my issue. I will be coming back to see her anytime I have any future problems.
I went in to get a skin tag looked at. The staff was super friendly. The Dr Kim came in and did an initial exam and provided a course of action. Once I agreed they got everything done quickly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.
P.A. Song is a good physician and does her job well. Although she checks well the condition and shares her vast knowledge, the appointment feels rushed. I understand it may be due to insurance policies, but an appointment with her can last even 5 minutes. Nonetheless, I do recommend her. She is very thorough, that's why has so many patients.
Dr. Chandela and her staff are wonderful! The doctor explained everything to me and put me at ease since I was very concerned. I will happily recommend her to my friends and family. I know I will be seeing her again.
This was the BEST experience I've ever had with a doctor, EVER! Song Jin Kim was so lovely and hilarious, she made me feel so comfortable! She ended up scraping off one of the moles on my back to get it tested. I've always been terrified of needles, but the very sweet assistant (I'm so sorry I forgot her name 💔) reassured me and distracted me while she was numbing the area. They were both phenomenal! 20/10 experience all around. If you've never been to a dermatologist I highly recommend coming here!
