Got a referral to see them, turns out chest pain unrelated to my heart. They insisted on doing a follow up. The follow up consisted of waiting in the office for half an hour, for a follow up that consisted of basically just being asked the if my heart was doing ok (yeah it's fine, that's what we already established). Already not great, but it also turns out I had run out of authorized visits for my current referral and needed a new referral, which wouldn't have been a problem if they had let me known before the visit, or at the visit or before the end of the year when insurance changes, so now I've got to deal with a insurance company I'm not even a member of anymore. If you can't get the small things right why should anyone trust you with their heart?
