Vinayam

I came across Vinayam when I was looking for a prenatal yoga instructor. I am so glad I chose Vinaya to guide me through my journey. She is an excellent yoga instructor. I did not have a lot of experience practicing yoga before my sessions with her, but she did a great job in making sure I was doing the poses safely and comfortably. She also gave me great tips for managing pregnancy symptoms, pain during labour and even postpartum care. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for the right guidance to navigate their prenatal journey and beyond.

Vinaya is a gifted practitioner, who was able to help a shoulder injury heal with a combined approach of yoga, energy, and Ayurvedic healing. She’s a gem, and I recommend her whenever I can!

I had sciatic pain before I took Yoga with Vinaya. Now I have no pain and I was playing basketball with my grand nephew yesterday. I am in my mid 70's. She great! No more back pain.
