Sales person was very helpful and helped pick a particular product. Started the purchase process. But the salesperson asked me for my phone number and I said I dont want to give it out. Now salesperson said well I need your phone number and email to proceed with transaction @ this location. I said are you serious and you cant sell me the product? Salesperson said I need the information and that my information wont go to a database. I then asked then why is it needed? I said I refuse to do that and walked out

Small sales associate kept pushing Pro membership to get bonus or commission. When I stopped him short during his Pro speech. He took that as rude and refused to then sell me the product. Customer service is horrible.

Upon attempting to purchase a premixed preworkout, the manager (would not give his name)of this location trying to force me to signup for the GNC free membership. After refusing to signup, he informed me that the stores policy is to not allow purchases without it. Very displeased with the service at this location.

Buff guy at the front is really cool answers all questions and gives advice, also went today got a big tub a protien powder and was trn get the creatine and he looked out and said the creatine was on the house, really appreciate that.

GNC Isopure Online Purchase - Item Missing. Implying customers are thieves I bulk-ordered twice for about 10 - 15 bottles each time. Each time, I am missing a bottle or two. I called customer service and it has been a pain. First time, out of stock. Second time, customer service suggesting I am tricking the company for extra goods since this is the second time items are missing and declined my case. Walmart and Amazon sell for $60 per bottle. I'm glad some alternative vendors who don't think customers are thieves can have a working supply chain and customer service. I will never buy from GNC again.
