We have been extremely happy and thrilled with the level service the team Fidelity at OneLoudoun office provided in last few weeks. Noah and Sam are truly the best in the business. They are true professionals, well qualified with abundance of knowledge on the tools and services for investments and retirement planning etc. Above all they are extremely patient with me and my wife while we are trying to figure out our investment and retirement plans. Noah and Sam helped us not only in consolidating all our accounts into a simple dashboard with a single pane of glass, also helped us in choosing the right investments and plans that are aligned to our retirement goals. Now our son (16 year old) has his youth fidelity account and it is a great opportunity for him to embark his journey into investments.

Worst customer service from Dieago. I went to the location several times but my work was not complete. He said he will send the docs in email but he did not. Worst!
