NFCU is the best credit union. If you ever need a mortgage other banks might seem to be comparable but NFCU has less fees and doesn’t sell your mortgage to another lender. I would have taken more photos, but it was crowded when we went on a Saturday. The NFCU member bathroom is large and clean. It’s in the back, on the left side.
This is one of the worst Navy Federal‘s, employees not very friendly and it is the slowest I’ve experienced. Even though there were three tellers, they each took about 10 to 15 minutes per customer. It’s really just ridiculous and never thanked you for your patience or waiting. I waited 25 minutes just to get change and no one cared and even though she was not busy, she just told me to wait.
That branch should honestly be closed. I felt like they were yelling at me the entire time. The employees were extremely unprofessional, looked at me in a disrespectful way, and made me feel discriminated against. The whole experience was unacceptable and very disappointing.
I never thought I would be treated so rudely and with such indifference as I was at this branch. I felt ignored and unwelcome, as if they wanted me to leave the place
I absolutely love this branch! I have been going here for the last 4 years and have never had a poor experience. The staff is always friendly and greet me like one of their own. I would recommend Navy Federal to all my friends and family just because of this one branch.
