I am a licensed architect and have used MDB numerous times over the past 15 years on my two different homes in the Leesburg Va. area. Most recently, this past summer [2023], I used them on my son's home. Melvin is absolutely a great leader, communicator, and provides thoroughly detailed estimates. The scope is fully understood before proceeding and they are great at communicating work schedules. His teams are extremely skilled, talented, and professional. Their work is always of the highest quality. I could not be more pleased with their performance. Highly recommend them for any painting and residential construction or repair.
I have never written a review before but I have to write one regarding MDB Painting. We have been using their services for at least 12 years now and they never, ever disappoint. Mel is always so gracious and his workers are top notch. Work is always done quickly and in a professional manner. I would highly recommend MDB for any household issue, not, just for painting. They are always willing to take on any task, big or small!!
We have been working with MDB for the past 15 years for interior and exterior projects. MDB has painted our exterior multiple times, built our fence from scratch, power washed and stained our deck, renovated 3 bathrooms and added on a bedroom. They are our trusted go to contractor. Their prices are fair and the follow up for any minor issue has been very timely. The owner Melvin and his team have always been professional and easy to work with.
I had MDB paint pretty much every room of my house while we were still living in it. They were very considerate the entire time. It was our first experience with MDB and are very pleased with the results. They kindly came over and painted samples of the colors we were considering before they started. They did a great job with repairs and paint; it looks and feels like a new house!
I have been using MDB for 10 years. Always a excellent experience. They go beyond to please you and truly a professional company.
