Master Flooring Design Center, Inc.

From the first time we called Wali he was eager to help and to share his extensive knowledge and experience about flooring. There were many options, and after discussion we decided on Luxury Vinyl Plank. The installers were easy to talk to and Wali was always easy to reach. Fredy and Eddie cleaned up everything every day and always left us with access to all rooms in our house. The result is beautiful. Their attention to detail and the care they took to install the floors was to the highest standards. I highly recommend Master Flooring Design Center for all flooring needs.

Wali is professional and honest in his recommendation in what would be best for us and did not try to up charge us. He was quick to respond and very communicative. The day I called he was available that afternoon to work on an estimate. Provided the estimate the next day and was able to start my floors 2-3 days later. I’m happy with the process and with the sand and finished floor. I added a before and after for reference.

Master Flooring did an excellent job replacing our home’s carpet with hardwood flooring. Also installed new balusters and refinished the stairs. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

We can’t say enough good things about Master Flooring Design Center. Owner, Wali, and his skilled craftsman, Sher, are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. They were most helpful in picking out the best flooring option for our needs. Their timeline was accurate and Wali communicated readily to keep us apprised of changes and updates. The work that Sher did for us on our staircase and stairs was excellent! Absolutely beautiful finished product, and fine workmanship. The crew that laid the floor was also very skilled and were a pleasure to have in our home. They worked steadily and efficiently to get the job done. They were polite, kind, and took very good care of our home. The entire crew also cleaned up every day before leaving the job, and again upon completion. I would highly recommend Master Flooring and Design Center to anyone looking for a beautiful upgrade to their home.

I highly recommend Master Flooring Design Center. I have owned many homes nationwide and had equally as many new floors installed. Without a doubt, this was my best experience from sales to installation. They are friendly, responsive, professional and costs are reasonable with no surprises. In our newly purchased townhome, Master Flooring replaced old carpet and old hardwoods on our main and basement levels with beautiful, durable, waterproof and fireproof vinyl floors. They even installed a one of a kind custom matching staircase. The installation team were master installers. The quality of the install was nothing less than perfect. They showed up on-time and kept things clean and safe. I can’t say enough nice things about this company and their team!
