Camden Ashburn Farm Apartments

Amir in the main office and the maintenance team at the Ashburn farms location are just absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond and have provided me and my household with exceptional service! Thank you Camden!

I cannot recommend this place. You only matter when you’re looking to sign a lease, and then you become another number at another Camden property. I’ve been trying to get my dryer fixed for almost a week now with basically no response. I have called corporate only to be shuffled around and left a voicemail. The property is not maintained and we have black ice on the side walk and parking lot that has been untreated for days. When I try to get notes added to my account they do not get added only to add more confusion. I have only been here a little over 4 months and I am less than pleased when the "luxury experience" and "excellence" that Camden has provided.

I lived in Camedn Ashburn Farm for about 10 months and I had the best experience. I think it was the best choice. I didn’t have any bad experience, and every time something happened, Luke and Dan were there , helping us. The team was always accessible and helpful. I want to say thank you from here to all Camden members especially Luke , Dan and Marisa for being super friendly, always willing to help.you made my first days living in America the best days.

I recently moved into this beautiful community, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Everything is elegant, modern and the most important thing very practical! The lobby, gym and pool are amazing! and exactly what we needed! Our agent Marisa was awesome, she is a truly exceptional — welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Thank you for making this easy for us! Hala.

I have had the best experience living at Camden Ashburn farm ever since I came to the United States. Laura, Sherry and each and everyone was so kind, professional, helpful and friendly. The maintenance guys were awesome, especially the tall guy, I don’t remember his name. My mom still talks about him and feels bad that she couldn’t say bye to him... Due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to leave but my family and I wish all of them all the best . Highly recommended! 💕
