Went to this restaurant, at the entrance was a dripping A/C unit, with broken ceiling tile, bucket full of water and not a good look. Ordered 4 family sized 8 piece meals with 3 large sized and biscuits. We arrived at 11:30am, and there was no one in the dining room and no one in the drive-thru. Our order was filled as soon as possible, but the chicken was over cooked and cold. The beans and rice was under cooked. The Mac n cheese was soupy when warmed. I am so very disappointed. Also, the beans n rice gave me and my sister cranky tummy and many restroom visits for the next day. I only at 2 teaspoons. Won't be eating there again. Sorry folks, epic fail.
Love me some Popeyes! I've been coming to this location on and off for almost a decade now. The drive through may slow down at times, there may be the occasional miscommunication when picking up a mobile order, but hot damn do they make good chicken! Always fresh, always not, never too-greasy, great bunch of workers, very friendly. Wish there were deals like the $6 box more often, but hey who doesn't wish for that in this economy
This was My first time at this location. I used My app so I can get a free chicken sandwich with a purchase over ten dollars. The restaurant was in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The place was clean. It has a drive thru so you don't have to get out the car. The tables were clean and My food was ready at the time on the app. The food was hot and good. The people behind the counter were friendly and very helpful.
My chicken was not done. It was rubbery and nasty. The person taking the orders acts as if she never understands you. Then laughs at the window. Very unprofessional and childish behavior around food. I’ll never eat there again. I thought the area would bring a different atmosphere, but the same trash different place.
One of the better Popeyes locations in Northern Virginia. Food was fresh and very enjoyable. Staff was courteous and the facilities were clean. It’s worth driving to this location instead of Leesburg or Sterling
