Save your money and your sanity. Do not rent here. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can quite literally hear every noise from the apartments above you. You can even hear full conversations from the neighbors next to you. The office people are not that great. They give you attitude when you bring issues to their attention. Their fire alarm system goes off often. For a period of time the fire department was called out here multiple times a day because their alarm kept going off. People don't even leave their apartments anymore, because they don't believe there is an emergency. Very concerning for safety. And very stressful for the occupants. Their corporate office raises the rent but haven't really seen any real benefits or upgrades. The outdoor grills are always broken. We've seen multiple apartments that have flooded. People let their kids use the gym, stretching and yoga rooms as a playroom, making the equipment and those rooms unusable for people who want to workout. Their kids make all types of loud noise when they are playing, sometimes at night. Very poor behavior. You get wifts of that wacky tobacky in the garage and in the courtyard sometimes. Aesthetically the compund is pleasing, however internally, their operations and apartments are sub par. This is not luxury apartment living as advertised.

I recently moved into TGM Luxury Apartments, and my experience has been absolutely wonderful! The leasing and management team were very professional, friendly, and made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained upon arrival, with everything in perfect condition. The amenities are top-notch — from the fitness center and pool to the beautifully landscaped surroundings, everything truly lives up to the "luxury" name. The community feels safe, quiet, and welcoming, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend TGM Luxury Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality living experience!

I have lived here right at a month. I looked at several places before deciding on TGM Moorefield, mostly because it just felt like home. Maggie in the leasing office was so patient and helpful. Actually, I ended up having to interact with the entire team and found them quite friendly and helpful. I did have a couple of things that needed to be repaired upon move in and they were taken care of quickly. The apartment is modern and the carpet plush. The washer and dryer is full sized and quite modern. The complex is quiet as is the neighborhood. My grandchildren visited recently and they can't wait to come back when the pool opens. Upon signing my lease, they provided a welcome kit that had toilet paper, paper towels, measuring cups, keychain, and a nice mug. It's the little things for me that help make this an incredible place to live. If I could change one thing, I would upgrade the refrigerator as it is a tad small, but it is stainless steel and matches the decor... just small.

In the 18 months that I’ve lived here, my kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated from the flooring up as part of a complete refresh of the complex. It was wonderful to go from a sufficient apartment to a very nice one with a modern look. The outside of the complex was also completely refreshed. The maintenance staff is exemplary and responds quickly. The rare times I’ve contacted them via the Resident Portal, my issue was resolved in a day or less. It’s nice to live somewhere with such a great maintenance staff, and the preventative maintenance they perform regularly. The things I love most here are the people. This is a very diverse neighborhood, and I’ve met so many people just out walking. It is a very friendly and safe place. The neighborhood is upscale with apartments, townhouses, and lovely single family homes. Within walking distance we have parks, including dog parks, dog groomer & pet store, a veterinarian office, spa and hair salon, a new martial arts studio, Dominos and other businesses which are so convenient. The landscaping is beautiful, especially now in the fall. I love walking my little dog in the neighborhood. Most of all, it feels like home here.

TGM staff and property are wonderful. It has been an absolute blessing! The buildings and property are immaculate. Tricia, Sahra and Maggie make a superb management team.
